I bought a pair of adidas shoe last week (the model is ULTRABOOST). after one day i went to adidas shop in STEFANSPLATZ and i was shoked, the price was 20 EUROS cheaper than what i bought from SNIPES!! I couldn't believe I had paid 20 EUROS more for these shoes in SNIPES!!! I had problem with the shoes too, my left foot was hurt by the shoe. When I went to snipe shop after 2 or 3 days and told them that why you are selling these shoes 20 EUROS more expensive than the original shop ? they answered that you had to check the price before buying it. this answer from such big shop is not acceptable or nice! They even didn't want to change the shoe for me. after long discussion finally they accept to give me one size bigger. In conclusion, not only the prices of them is higher than the original shop but also the customer's service is poor?? not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store! You find shoes and different types of clothes. #lovethemusic They are playing really good music one of the many stores that has good music and awesome clothes. If you want to buy one pair of shoes and 3 hoodies you will have to take more than 200€ so its not cheap...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made us wait in the Queue (in the heat!!!), even though the store was almost empty. Took the staff forever to bring one pair of shoes, if they didn't forget about it. Don't waste your time, go to another store.

The girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful.
