Stattdessen wird man automatisch umgeleitet auf den nächsten verfügbaren Termin (Usability ist eine Katastrophe). Auch das Kundenservice hat hier komplett versagt- Schade! Aber sicher keine Käufe mehr über diese App.. The app is awesome at first glance! Unfortunately, it lures with offers, which are then not available. Instead, you will automatically be redirected to the next available appointment (usability is a disaster). The customer service has failed completely-a shame! But surely no more purchases via this app ..

Das Ticket gibt's direkt auf's Handy - was will man mehr?! The app provides a handy overview of all cultural events in the city. The tickets are super fast and bought over the seating plan. The ticket is directly on the phone - what more could you want ?!

Von Theater über Kabarett bis hin zu Opern und Konzerten lassen sich die verschiedensten Veranstaltungen buchen - ohne Preisaufschlag. Für mich ersetzt Ticket Gretchen daher mittlerweile das Anstellen an der Abendkassa. The app is clear and well structured. For each piece there is a detailed description, contributing artists and press reviews included. From theater to cabaret to operas and concerts, a wide variety of events can be booked - without surcharges. For me Ticket Gretchen therefore replaced the hiring at the evening box office.

Ticketgretchen funktioniert flüßig, das Design ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und die vielen Veranstaltungen werden übersichtlich aufgelistet. Die Gliederung kann nach Aufführungsdatum, Kategorie (Oper, Konzerte, Kabarett, etc...), Bühne (Wiener Konzerthaus, Volksgarten, uvm...), etc, umgestellt werden. Besonders gefällt mir der dynamische Saalplan, der bei der Ticketauswahl angezeigt wird und den Benutzern ermöglicht, sich den gewünschten SItzplatz auszuwählen. Bereits vergebene Plätze werden ebenfalls angezeigt. Super finde ich auch, dass einerseits keine zusätzlichen Kosten beim Ticketkauf anfallen und andererseits es Gutscheine und Aktionen gibt! The structure can be changed to performance date, category (opera, concerts, cabaret, etc ...), stage (Wiener Konzerthaus, Volksgarten, etc ...), etc. I particularly like the dynamic seating plan, which is displayed when selecting the ticket and allows users to select the desired seat. Already assigned seats are also displayed. I also think it's great that, on the one hand, there are no additional costs for buying tickets and, on the other hand, there are vouchers and promotions!
