Traurig für so ein Geschäft, da die Preise recht hoch sind. Tamaris Schuhe werden ab jetzt nur mehr online gekauft! Es ist okay etwas sachlich zu regeln, aber was richtig dreist ist, ist dem Kunden schnippische Antworten zu geben und ihn lächerlich zu machen. The customer service is really bad. I won't go shopping there anymore. Advice was also mediocre. Sad for such a deal as the prices are quite high. From now on Tamaris shoes are only bought online! It's okay to do something factual, but what's really bold is to give the customer snappy answers and ridicule them.

Wollte Sie am nächsten Tag umtauschen, was leider nicht möglich war, da alle Paare den gleichen Produktionsfehler hatten. Geld zurück gibt es hier nicht. Habe nur einen Gutschein bekommen, mit dem ich aber nichts anfangen kann, weil ich mir einfach nicht so oft Schuhe kaufe und ich will auch nicht immer einen blöden Gutschein-Zettel mit mir rumschleppen... Sehr enttäuschend.. Unfortunately not at all accommodating ... I bought shoes here and then unfortunately had to find out that they had a production error. Wanted to exchange them the next day, which unfortunately was not possible as all pairs had the same production error. There is no money back here. I only got a voucher, but I can't do anything with it because I just don't buy shoes that often and I don't always want to carry around a stupid voucher slip with me ... Very disappointing..

Da ich generell nicht gerne einkaufen gehe, bin ich schnell rein, habe kurz alles abgecheckt und bin schnell auch wieder raus gegangen. Schönes Geschäft, nette und sehr zuvorkommende Verkäuferinnen für die kurze Zeit die ich dort war. Im Endeffekt habe ich die Winterstiefel oline gekauft und sie sind super warm, rutschfest und nur zu empfehlen. I was inside briefly to have a look, but shopping with a mask on is a bit of a hassle. Since I generally don't like to go shopping, I went in quickly, checked everything briefly and quickly left again. Nice shop, nice and very courteous shop assistants for the short time I was there. In the end, I bought the winter boots online and they are super warm, non-slip and can only be recommended.
