★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please don't buy in this store! I bought a belt for 50 euros 3 weeks ago and it broke after the first use. instead of returning the money they only offered me a replacement or a voucher. Since I don't live in Vienna and I had already had to get a replacement neither option was helpful. when I asked costumer relations why they wouldn't just refund me for a belt that was obviously broken from the get go, the literal answer was: that is our company culture. yes. indeed. great customer culture in which you sell broken stuff and then don't refund it! if you can avoid it, please go elsewhere!
