Da gibts deutlich besser sortierte und fachlich versiertere Händler. Danke für die verschwendete Zeit! Apart from the fact that the staff (or the owner?) Was not particularly motivated, you also get wrong information and also believe that you as a customer do not notice it. There are significantly better sorted and more skilled dealers. Thanks for the wasted time!

Nach falscher Beratung wurde meine Bitte nach Rückerstattung abgelehnt. Als ich darauf gewagt habe, auf § 922 des ABGB (gesetzliche Gewährleistung) zu verweisen, wurde mir prompt "Lokalverbot" erteilt und noch ein "Ich will Sie hier nie wieder sehen" hinterher geschmissen. Ich war stets um einen höflichen Umgangston bemüht und wäre dieser erwidert worden, hätte ich auch keinen Anlass zu dieser Bewertung gehabt. One star is too much ... I have NEVER been treated so rudely (especially not as a customer)! After wrong advice, my request for reimbursement was rejected. When I dared to refer to § 922 of the ABGB (legal guarantee), I was promptly given a "local ban" and another "I never want to see you here again" was thrown afterwards. I have always tried to be polite and if it had been returned, I would have had no reason to rate it.

Ich betrat mit meiner Mutter das Geschäft und wurde sofort mit den Worten "Sie können auch woanders einkaufen gehen!" begrüßt. Meine Mutter wurde zuvor, als sie alleine drinnen war, nur unfreundlich abgewimmelt, nachdem sie eine Frage gestellt hatte zur am Tisch liegenden Wolle. Von kompetenter Beratung ist hier wirklich keine Rede, nur unfreundliche Antworten. I have seldom been treated as rudely as here! I walked into the store with my mother and was immediately greeted with the words "You can go shopping elsewhere too!" welcomed. Before, when my mother was alone inside, she was turned down unfriendly after she asked a question about the wool lying on the table. There is really no question of competent advice here, just unfriendly answers.
