★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gibt es nur eine Festnetz-Nr. und keine Möglichkeit, eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen. Somit kann man auch nicht zurück gerufen werden - auf Emails wird ebenfalls nicht wirklich zuverlässig geantwortet. Ich empfinde das als höchst unangenehm, wenn man Ware auf Kommission hinterlegt.
Unfortunately, there is only one landline no. and no way to leave a message. Thus, one can not be called back - on emails is also not really reliable answers. I find that extremely annoying when you deposit goods on commission.
