r	renek vienna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht böse sein aber ich habe kurze Haare und wollte sie wieder schneiden lassen - meine Stammfriseurin benötigt knappe 10 Minuten (ohne waschen - wohne ums Eck, sperrt aber am SA um 11 Uhr) und verlangt 16€. Wenn Ihr für mich sagen wir 20 Minuten benötigt, ergibt das bei 60€ einen Stundensatz von 180€. Das ist Abzocke!!! Bei längeren Haaren, wirklichen Styling, etc. alles ok - aber bei einem einfachen Haarschnitt. Anscheinend wollt ihr dieses Klientel nicht...auch gut. Ich war nie Kunde und werds auch nicht, obwohl der Laden top aussieht und die Mitarbeiter kompetent und freundlich wirkten (die können auch nix für die Preise - ob der MA-Verdienst so hoch ist wie die Preise, ich hoffs...). Do not be angry, but I have short hair and wanted to cut it again - my regular hairdresser needed scarce 10 minutes (without washing - live around the corner, but locks the SA at 11 clock) and requires 16 €. If you need 20 minutes for me, say 60 € per hour for 180 €. That's rip off !!! For longer hair, real styling, etc. all ok - but with a simple haircut. Apparently you do not want this clientele ... well, too. I was never a customer and werds not synonymous, although the store looks great and the staff seemed competent and friendly (which can also nothing for the prices - whether the MA merit is as high as the prices, I hope ...).
S	Souriee Thecat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis/Leistung steht absolut außer Verhältnis! Für kaum sichtbare Strähnen und Spitzen schneiden 200 Euro zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit. Mein letzter 60 Euro Haarschnitt war um einiges professioneller und gelungener. "Exklusiv" ist hier nur der Preis....und zwar für den Kunden! Bei dem Nobelimage das Bundy Bundy gerne (va preislich) vorgeben möchte, hätte ich auch entsprechendes Ambiente erwartet. Fehlanzeige. Das Mobiliar ist abgenutzt (das wäre noch ok), aber ES WAR ABSOLUT DRECKIG! Als ich zur Haarwäsche gebeten wurde, waren alle Becken frei und ALLE waren schmutzig und in jedem waren viele Haare. Als ich das Klo benutzen wollte, waren Kotspuren vorhanden. Einfach ein Graus und ich komme mit Sicherheit im Leben nicht wieder. Rechnung bekommt man übrigens auch keine. In der Preisliste habe ich hinterher auch nicht schlüssig den zustandegekommenen Preis nachvollziehen können. Das Personal war freundlich aber auch nicht übermäßig bemüht finde ich. Dafür steht der eine Stern. Price / performance is absolutely out of proportion! To charge 200 euros for barely visible strands and tips is a cheek. My last 60 euro haircut was a lot more professional and successful. "Exclusive" is only the price ... for the customer! With the Nobelimage Bundy Bundy would like to pretend (especially in terms of price), I would have expected the right atmosphere. None. The furniture is worn out (that would still be ok), but IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DIRTY! When I was asked to wash my hair, all the pools were clear and ALL were dirty and there was a lot of hair in everyone. When I wanted to use the toilet, there were signs of excrement. Just a horror and I will definitely not come back in life. By the way, you don't get a bill. In the price list, I was also unable to conclusively understand the price that had come about. The staff was friendly but not too hard I think. That is what the one star stands for.
