Tag hat es sich ständig aufgehängt, war mega langsam.Sogar mein 8 Jahre altes iPhone ist da schneller! Ich habe es einschicken lassen - kam nach 25(!) Tagen wieder zurück - dasselbe Problem wieder.Am Reperaturschein stand:"kein Defekt vorhanden." ha ha ha - So macht Pagro also Geld.Kunden über den Tisch zu ziehen! Die Mitarbeiter waren dort nicht in der Lage mir eine Gutschrift auszustellen oder mir dafür ein neues Gerät zu geben.Wie unkulant kann man gegenüber einen Kunden nur sein? Meiner Meinung nach wurde das Gerät höchstwahrscheinlich gar nicht angesehen. Insolence. Back then I bought a smartphone that was on sale. From the first day on it hung up all the time and was mega slow - even my 8 year old iPhone is faster! I had it sent in - came back after 25 (!) Days - the same problem again. The repair certificate said: "No defect." ha ha ha - this is how Pagro makes money. Ripping off customers! The employees there were not able to issue me a credit note or give me a new device for it. How unpleasant can you be with a customer? In my opinion, the device was most likely not viewed at all.

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und wenn sie Zeit haben, auch wirklich hilfsbereit? Im Verkauf ist das eben nicht immer der Fall, da hab ich aber auch vollstes Verständnis dafür! Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden (Garage) und die Busstation is auch gleich davor. ? Clean branch, large assortment - whether school supplies, handicraft materials, printer cartridges, etc. Employees are friendly and, if they have time, also really helpful? In sales this is not always the case, but I fully understand it! Parking space is also available (garage) and the bus station is right in front of it. ?
