★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist top, man kann von hier aus die gesamte Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen!
Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch die Einrichtung des Hotels spiegelt dies wider. Obwohl ich hier nur eine Nacht verbracht habe, habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt – das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück preislich mehr als fair und mit allem, was man sich in Österreich wünscht!
Hier kommt man sehr gerne wieder :)
 The location is great, you can walk to the entire city center from here!
The staff is friendly and courteous, and the decor of the hotel reflects this. Although I only stayed one night here, I felt very comfortable - the room was clean and the breakfast was more than fair in terms of price and with everything you could want in Austria!
You will love to come back here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not fond with the way they deal with this unpredictable situation. Austria had closed the border 2 days prior to my arrival date. Was told that they couldn’t do anything due to the booking was with a fix price, no alternative to be discussed, no refund/change of dates/ change of hotel location/ convert into point based etc. And was told to have book the flex price instead, despite they have to close down the hotel too as no touristic activities are to be conducted due to government sudden lockdown announcement.
T&C has never mentioned anything regarding COVID issue etc. Their inflexibility is very unappreciated.
First but never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central, just five min on foot to the city's main square Maria-Theresien, and twenty min to the main train station. Modern style and comfy rooms, the staff is ready to help you and supper friendly, and the bar is there for you to grab a beer or drink. Don't expect a five ⭐ experience, but it's just the right thing if you seek for a place to stay the night and then be ready to storm the city, hit the road and go for the mountains and lakes, explore ???⛷️??

Rooms were very clean and well furnished, there was unfortunately no free parking around which you should take into account when staying there and the water pressure in the shower was very low. However overall you get more than what you pay for and the room is great value.
