M	Manuela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe schnell einen MRT-Termin bekommen und röntgen ohne Termin ging auch viel schneller als erwartet. Hatte Bammel wegen der vielen negativen Kommentare. Vollkommen unbegründet, denn alle drei Damen mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren nett und geduldig. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass ich mein Shirt beim MRT anlassen durfte und Kopfhörer bekommen habe. Das steigert den Wohlfül-Faktor enorm. (Das war bei einem früheren MRT in einem anderen Institut nicht der Fall.) Die Bilder bekam ich gleich mit nach Hause und die Befunde kann ich bequem ab dem nächsten Tag online abrufen. Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Got an MRI appointment quickly and an X-ray without an appointment went much faster than expected. Had jitters because of the many negative comments. Totally unfounded as all three ladies I dealt with were nice and patient. I found it particularly positive that I was allowed to leave my shirt on during the MRT and that I was given headphones. This increases the feel-good factor enormously. (This was not the case with a previous MRI at another institute.) I got the pictures to take home with me and I can easily access the results online the next day. I was very satisfied and would love to come back.
S	Sabrina Brauneis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die blond gefärbte "Dame" am Empfang ist furchtbar. Total unsympathisch und hat ständig einen genervten Blick. Ob ihr schon mal passiert ist zu lächeln, wage ich zu bezweifeln, eine total unpassende Person für diesen Job. Der Radiologie war super sympathisch. The blond colored "lady" at the front desk is terrible. Totally unsympathetic and always has an annoyed look. I doubt if she has ever smiled, a totally unsuitable person for this job. The radiologist was super friendly.
C	Carry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typische Kassen-Ordination, wo Freundlichkeit nicht groß geschrieben wird! Katastrophe!!! Unfreundliche, genervte „Damen“ am Empfang, das man sich als Patient gar nichts fragen traut! Mir haben die älteren Patienten, die Hilfe brauchten oder nicht mehr so gut hören, richtig leid getan - so eine giftige Stimmung war da! Vielleicht sollten sich die Damen mal überlegen, den Job zu wechseln, wenn sie mit Menschen nicht umgehen können/wollen! Ich arbeite selbst in einer Ordination am Empfang, daher war es richtig unangenehm dort im Wartezimmer zu sitzen und mitzubekommen wie dort mit Menschen umgegangen wird! Kann aber nur von den zwei Damen am Empfang reden, da die Dame vom CT ganz ok war! Auch wenn man schnell einen Termin bekommt, lieber einen Tag länger warten und wo anders hingehen! Typical cash desk ordination, where friendliness is not a priority! Catastrophe!!! Unfriendly, annoyed "ladies" at the reception that you as a patient don't dare to ask anything! I really felt sorry for the older patients who needed help or couldn't hear so well - such a toxic mood was there! Maybe the ladies should consider changing jobs if they can't/don't want to deal with people! I work at the reception myself in an ordination, so it was really uncomfortable to sit there in the waiting room and see how people are treated there! But I can only talk about the two ladies at reception, since the lady from the CT was ok! Even if you can get an appointment quickly, it's better to wait a day longer and go somewhere else!
A	Andrea Tastel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war positiv überrascht. Hatte mehrere Untersuchungen auf einmal. Ultraschall 2x, weiters ein Röntgen, und eine CT Untersuchung. Habe mich schon auf einen längeren Aufenthalt eingestellt. Aber es war alles bestens koordiniert und nach ca 5 Minuten Wartezeit ging es los und alle Untersuchungen wurden Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt. Außerdem waren alle Ärztinnen und Ärzte ausgesprochen freundlich und verständnisvoll. Ich habe nach geschätzten 20 Minuten die Ordination verlassen. Einfach Spitze ! I was positively surprised. Had multiple exams at once. Ultrasound 2x, then an X-ray and a CT scan. I am already prepared for a longer stay. But everything was perfectly coordinated and after about 5 minutes of waiting we started and all examinations were carried out step by step. In addition, all the doctors were extremely friendly and understanding. I left the surgery after an estimated 20 minutes. Just great !
C	Cara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes Mal wenn ich ein MR oder Röntgen brauch komme ich gerne hierher, weil ich sofort einen Termin bekomme und sehr gut beraten werde. Die hohe Patientenzahl spricht für sie! Wenn man kurze Wartezeiten, kompetente Ärzte und ausführliche Befunde sucht ist man hier gut aufgehoben! Every time I need an MRI or X-ray, I like coming here because I can get an appointment right away and I get very good advice. The high number of patients speaks for itself! If you are looking for short waiting times, competent doctors and detailed reports, you are in good hands here!

Es wird auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Patienten eingegangen. Die Ordination schaut sehr ordentlich aus und die technische Ausstattung ist auch TOP. Ich war in bin ausgesprochen zufrieden. R. M
M	Maria Scoggins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte gestern eine MRT Untersuchung , die war in Ordnung, obwohl die Damen an der Rezeption alles andere als kundenfreundlich agieren, fast schon unhöflich. Heute habe ich mir meinen Befund abgeholt, leider hat sich mein Eindruck in Bezug auf die Damen an der Rezeption nochmal verstärkt! Ich weiß nicht ob sich die Damen bewusst sind dass sie es mit kranken, verunsicherten Menschen zu tun haben. Während ich darauf gewartet habe, dass mein Befund gesucht wird haben sich die Damen ungeniert privat unterhalten, auf meine Frage ob die Unterhaltung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt fortgesetzt werden kann, da sich die suchende Dame ja der Unterhaltung gewidmet hat, war die Gegenfrage : "Meinen sie das ernst...." daraufhin hat sie sich immerhin wieder der Suche gewidmet....und mir daraufhin meinen Befund wortlos auf das Pult geknallt ! Kein auf Wiedersehen, ganz zu schweigen von eventuell freundlichen Fragen ob sie noch etwas für mich tun können....oder eine Entschuldigung......habe mich in die 60er Jahre zurück versetzt gefühlt, wo man als Bittsteller behandelt wurde sobald man eine Arztpraxis betreten hat und nicht als Kunde! Ich gehe dort jedenfalls NICHT wieder hin und kann dieses Institut auch nicht weiterempfehlen! I had an MRI yesterday, which was fine, although the ladies at the reception are anything but customer-friendly, almost rude. Today I picked up my findings, unfortunately my impression of the ladies at the reception was even stronger! I don't know if the ladies are aware that they are dealing with sick, insecure people. While I was waiting for my findings to be searched for, the ladies talked unabashedly privately. When I asked whether the conversation could be continued at a later date, since the lady who was looking for it was dedicated to the conversation, the counter-question was: "My Are you serious...." after that she devoted herself to the search again....and then wordlessly slammed my findings on the desk! No goodbyes, not to mention any friendly questions if there is anything else they can do for me....or an apology...felt like I was transported back to the 60's where you were treated as a supplicant the moment you arrived entered a doctor's office and not as a customer! In any case, I will NOT go there again and I cannot recommend this institute!
B	Bey Hive on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen am Schalter waren sehr bemüht und haben sich geduldig die Zeit genommen, auf jede meiner Fragen einzugehen - obwohl viel los war. Die Dame im MRT war ebenfalls sehr nett und hat mich gleich über den Ablauf der Untersuchung aufgeklärt, die insgesamt 10 Minuten gedauert hat. Den Termin habe ich zudem noch in derselben Woche bekommen und den Befund schon am nächsten Tag abholen dürfen. Schnelles, gewissenhaftes und freundliches Institut, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Danke! The ladies at the counter went out of their way and patiently took the time to answer any of my questions - even though it was busy. The lady in the MRT was also very nice and explained to me straight away about the procedure of the examination, which took a total of 10 minutes. I also got the appointment in the same week and was allowed to pick up the results the next day. Fast, conscientious and friendly institute that I can only recommend. Thank you!
