M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 Minuten früher zum Termin, kaum warten aber in Sachen Aufmerksamkeit und Patientenübersicht ein glatter Reinfall. Nach 26 Minuten Wartezeit auf Röntgenbilder und hinterfragen, kommt die Empfangsdame drauf, dass sie das Röntgenpersonal ja mal fragen könnte ...... und siehe da, haben einfach drauf vergessen ?? 20 minutes earlier to the appointment, but hardly a wait in terms of attention and patient overview a complete failure. After waiting 26 minutes for x-rays and questioning, the receptionist realizes that she could ask the x-ray staff ... and lo and behold, they just forgot about it ??
i	ich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir hier einen Termin geholt da ich bei mir in Niederösterreich 2 Wochen länger warten hätte müssen. Grundsätzlich meide ich alles was mit Ärzten und Untersuchung in Wien zu tun hat weil es meist sehr unpersönlich, überlaufen und auch oft unfreundlich ist. Ich kann dieses Diagnosezentrum nur aufs Höchste loben. Auf den Termin habe ich gerade einmal 9 Tage gewartet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alles sehr sehr freundlich und nett, Wartezeit war bei MRT gerade mal eine Minute. Die Bilder habe ich nach 5 Minuten bekommen. Der Befund sollte am Mittwoch online abrufbar sein, am Dienstag Vormittag war er schon fertig. Also von mit gibts ganz großes Lob an dieses Institut. Hoffe die Mitarbeiter lesen dass. I got an appointment here because I would have had to wait 2 weeks longer in Lower Austria. Basically I avoid everything that has to do with doctors and examinations in Vienna because it is usually very impersonal, crowded and often unfriendly. I can only praise this diagnostic center highly. I only waited 9 days for the appointment. The employees were all very, very friendly and nice, the waiting time at MRT was just one minute. I got the pictures after 5 minutes. The findings should be available online on Wednesday and were ready by Tuesday morning. So I give this institute great praise. Hope the staff read that.

Ich war doch etwas unsicher, doch sowohl die Dame am Empfang als auch die Kollegen beim MRT waren sehr nett und haben mir meine Unsicherheit schnell genommen. Untersuchung war schnell vorbei, alles war problemlos. Danke an die Mitarbeiter My first MRI. I was a bit unsure, but both the lady at reception and the colleagues at the MRT were very nice and quickly put my insecurities to rest. Examination was over quickly, everything went smoothly. Bilder sofort bekommen, Befundung war innerhalb von ein paar Stunden online abrufbar. Parken gratis in der Parkgarage. Alles super! Scheduling an appointment worked great. No waiting time on site, all employees super friendly and attentive. Pictures received immediately, diagnosis was available online within a few hours. Parking for free in the parking garage. Everything great!

You can take the appointment in a following day (my first MRI), or in 10 days (my second MRI). Result of MRI is a CD + Diagnosis from their doctor. You can take it the next day, from 16:00. Just do the Bewilligung online first and bring both Original + Bewilligung (received per Post).

I did X-ray and MRI here, in both cases I can note the professionalism of the workers. Separately, I want to note the high-quality service: I don’t speak German, I only told the girl at the reception about this, but when I went into the room where I was diagnosed with another girl, she spoke English to me. In all subsequent cases and telephone conversations, I was also addressed in English. I was pleasantly surprised. Of the shortcomings, I can single out a long wait for an MRI, in my case 7 days, but they warn about this on the site.
