G	Gerhard Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also auf Grund des Covid 19 war es sehr schwer eine Behandlung zu bekommen. Behandlungen teilweise nicht durchführbar (KHN) bez. Termine erst ab Ende September. Zum Glück bin ich telefonisch (war sehr schwierig) endlich durch gekommen und ich traute meinen Ohren nicht als die Nette Dame mir sagte ich kann jederzeit vorbei kommen. Bin sofort losgefahren und bekam mit einer kleinen Wartezeit die erste Behandlung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Recht herzlichen Dank an alle. Kann ich nur empfehlen. So due to Covid 19 it was very difficult to get treatment. Treatments partly not feasible (KHN) re. Dates only from the end of September. Luckily I finally got through by phone (it was very difficult) and I couldn't believe my ears when the nice lady told me I can come over anytime. I drove off straight away and got the first treatment with a short wait. The staff was very friendly and competent. Many thanks to everyone. I can only recommend.

Rasche telefonische Terminvergabe, nettes Gespräch mit der ärztlichen Leiterin zwecks Therapiefestlegung und gleich im Anschluss eine Therapiesitzung - welche generell OHNE Termine wahrgenommen werden können. Mittlerweile auch deutliche Besserung meiner Beschwerden. Absolutely satisfied! Appointments can be made quickly by telephone, a nice conversation with the medical director to determine the therapy and immediately afterwards a therapy session - which can generally be attended WITHOUT appointments. Meanwhile, my complaints have improved significantly.
K	Kerstin Kecskemeti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich dachte so schlimm kann es nicht sein, und die Bewertungen sind übertrieben, aber bitte geht dort nicht hin!! Die Dame am Schalter ist leider mehr als unfähig mit Menschen umzugehen und das zumachen, was man ihr sagt!! Sie meinte sie trägt mir die 10 uhr Termine ein, machte dann aber 11 uhr daraus und das nur 2 mal die Woche, obwohl ich 3 mal könnte dann wiedersprach sie der Ärztin, das ich erst die Gymnastik zum Termin machen soll und dann sollte eine Kabine schon frei sein für den Strom laut ihrer Aussage ist es Administratorisch anders nicht so leicht aber nicht UNMÖGLICH ?‍♀️ was soll diese Aussagen bitte? Bei jeder anderen physikalischen bekommt man einen Termin, zudem man auch dran kommt!! Wenn man seinen Beruf nicht gerne macht und nicht mit den Leuten reden kann wieso und weshalb man etwas macht,oder etwas nicht möglich ist, ist man wohl falsch am Platz I thought it couldn't be that bad and the reviews are over the top but please don't go !! The lady at the counter is unfortunately more than incapable of dealing with people and doing what you tell her! She said she gave me the 10 o'clock appointments, but then made it 11 o'clock and that only 2 times a week, although I could 3 times then she contradicted the doctor that I should do the gymnastics for the appointment first and then a cabin should be already be free for the stream according to your statement, it is administratively different not so easy but not IMPOSSIBLE ?‍♀️ what are these statements? With every other physical one you get an appointment, and you get it too !! If you don't like doing your job and can't talk to people why and why you're doing something, or something isn't possible, then you're probably in the wrong place

Terminvereinbarung online ist nicht möglich, und telefonisch bin ich 2x zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten 7 Minuten in der Warteschleife gehangen, bis die Verbindung abgebrochen wurde. Hm, Brieftaube hinschicken oder zu einem anderen Institut gehen? Wohl letzteres. I wanted to make my first appointment today. It is not possible to make appointments online, and by phone I was put on hold for 7 minutes at different times until the connection was broken. Hm, send a carrier pigeon or go to another institute? Probably the latter.
S	Silvi Aini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technisches Gebrechen ?! Durch mehrmalige Anrufe und auf der Leitung „abhängen“ bin ich zu keinem Personal des Institut durchgedrungen. Manchmal wird man nach paar Minuten automatisch aus der Leitung geworfen - wahrscheinlich, weil jemand selbst versucht hat vom Institut raus zu telefonieren oder bin ich gar nicht durch gekommen, weil bereits 1 Person Verein bereits auf der Leitung war. Für die heutige Zeit ist dieser Institut extrem schlecht technisch organisiert. Sollte man keine Termine für die neue Patienten haben, gehört sich die Ansage für die Anrufer dementsprechend zu aktivieren (das kann dich nicht schwer sein oder ?). Nach 2,5 Stunden meiner Geduld habe ich den Handtuch geworfen. Wo man mich nicht will - dort gehe ich nicht hin ! Technical problem ?! Repeated calls and "hanging out" on the line never got through to any of the institute's staff. Sometimes you are automatically thrown out of the line after a few minutes - probably because someone tried to call out of the institute himself or I couldn't get through at all because 1 person from the association was already on the line. For the present day this institute is extremely badly organized technically. If you don't have any appointments for the new patient, you should activate the announcement for the caller accordingly (that can't be difficult for you, can it?). After 2.5 hours of my patience, I threw in the towel. Where you don't want me - I won't go there!
L	Leni Flowerpower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin gerade in Behandlung aufgrund Lumbalgie ( Hüfte) in Einzel Heilgymnastik, Mitarbeiter und so sind alle freundlich allerdings habe ich schon im Oktober um Therapie gebeten und erst Termine ab 30.11-22.12 bekommen, ausgebucht waren die wirklich I am currently being treated due to lumbar pain (hip) in individual therapeutic gymnastics, staff and so are all friendly but I asked for therapy in October and only got appointments from November 30th to December 22nd, they were really fully booked

Hier hat offenbar niemand Interesse an Patienten, also bleibt nur d Wahlarzt. "Tel. Appointments are not possible and we have nothing free for the next 4 weeks anyway." A great first contact. Apparently nobody here is interested in patients, so only the doctor of choice remains.
G	Georg Bakosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die mäßige Bewertung nicht. Die Damen am Empfang sind manchmal sehr gestresst aber immer freundlich, hilfsbereit bei der Terminwahl und kompetent. Das behandelnde Personal ist ebenso stets freundlich und geduldig. Ich habe jetzt 20 Behandlungen abgeschlossen und war immer sehr zufrieden. I don't understand the mediocre rating. The ladies at reception are sometimes very stressed, but they are always friendly, helpful when choosing an appointment and competent. The treating staff is always friendly and patient. I have now completed 20 treatments and have always been very satisfied.
