Anmelden, Wartezeit, Röntgen und mitnehmen der Bilder. Rekordverdächtig. Gerne wieder Highly recommended for quick x-rays. Reception is friendly, waiting times are very short. Aber so etwas wie heute bei meiner Ultraschalluntersuchung ist einfach menschenunwürdig. Schon die Begrüßung des Arztes - schon wieder a Übergewichtige - machte mich sprachlos, die Fragen warum ich da bin (KH-Nord hatte es angeordnet) - da steht nichts auf dem Befund .. so ging es weiter. Wenn der Arzt - ein Herr mit Glatze - Probleme mit der Umwelt oder mit sich hat, soll er sie nicht an seinen Patienten auslassen I have been to the institute several times and have always been satisfied, both with the appointments and the examinations. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit und nicht nur heute, nach mehreren Besuchen, kann ich sagen, es ist immer so. G	Gabi amtmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schneller Termin. Aber auch schnell wieder draussen. Dr. Metz war derart unfreundlich das man das Gefühl hat lästig zu sein. Untersuchung war derart oberflächlich, dass ich darüber nachdenke nochmal in einen anderen Institut die Untersuchung durchführen zu lassen. Auch die abfälligen Bemerkungen warum man den Termin hat finde ich absurd. Würde es uns Patient*innen nicht geben, hätte der Arzt auch keinen Grund in diesem Institut zu arbeiten. Nur die Empfangsdame war nett Fast appointment. But also quickly outside again. dr Metz was so rude that you feel like a nuisance. The examination was so superficial that I am thinking about having the examination carried out again in another institute. I also find the derogatory comments about why you have the appointment absurd. If we patients didn't exist, the doctor would have no reason to work in this institute. Only the receptionist was nice

Was ich heute aber dort erlebt habe, war wirklich unter jeder Würde Hatte einen Termin zum Ultraschall, bei der Anmeldung wie immer alle freundlich, der Herr aber bei der Untersuchung war sowas von unfreundlich und prepotent, ich bin mir wie das letzte Individuum vorgekommen... Keine Ahnung ob der Herr mit Glatze ein Arzt war, er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Ich bin im medizinischen Bereich tätig, jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber jemanden so zu behandeln finde ich echt schlimm I have been to this institute a number of times and have always been more than satisfied with all the staff and the short waiting time. The atmosphere was quiet and the facilities were clean. Even the staffs in the xray room were polite and nice. In 30 minutes Im done with the results as well. Well done and highly recommended.
