War einmal eine tolle Firma. Jetzt aber nur noch Katastrophe. Uhren werden nicht repariert, auf Emails nicht geantwortet, telefonisch wird alles versprochen. Habe nach sieben Monaten die Uhren unrepariert wieder abgeholt. Nie mehr wieder....

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Habe eine Uhr zur Politur gebracht und meine Erwartungen wurden vollumfänglich übertroffen. Das Resultat ist schlichtweg perfekt!

Ich kann das Team von RO&RO absolut empfehlen. Ich hatte dort eine alte Omega (Ref. 176005) zur Aufarbeitung und bin mit der Arbeit sehr zufrieden. Die Uhr hat einen sogenannten "Sonnenschliff", dessen Wiederherstellung nicht ganz einfach ist, aber das Team von RO&RO hat ihn perfekt hinbekommen. Die Uhr sieht nun wieder aus wie neu. Auch das "Drumherum" war sehr angenehm. Man war durch stetige Nachrichten immer auf dem aktuellen Stand der Bearbeitung und der Kontakt war stets sehr freundlich. Auf den angehängten Bildern sieht man den Stand vor der Bearbeitung und anschließend danach. Top Arbeit wie ich finde.

Ich hatte meine Audemars Piguet bei Ro & Ro für einen Service und eine leichte Aufbereitung. Das Ergebnis ist phänomenal und hat meine hohen Erwartungen aufgrund des sehr guten Rufes von Ro & Ro übertroffen! Das Preis / Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht zu übertreffen, in meinem Fall war es sogar ein Garantiefall, da Ro & Ro offizieller Service Partner von AP ist. Ich werde definitiv weitere Uhren voller Vertrauen bei Ro & Ro zum Service bringen.

These gentlemen are the most competent and professional watchmakers in Europe, I can go so far and to say probably the whole globe. After a long search, I found the holy Jesus of watch making. Furthermore, I had my watches restored by multiple watchmakers in Europe and abroad. Unfortunately to say, not as good as Ro&Ro. Before Ro&Ro, I went to watch makers deeming that these watches are not fixable or heard statements such as "no way to fix this", there are no spare parts. This case cannot be rectified, and the movement is beyond saving and so on. Astronomical quotations were common but these gentlemen give you a great quote with a good turn around time, you even get a friendly call from them, telling you that the watch is done. Even if complications arise or if anything is coming up they inform you and ask how to should proceed or even give you advice on how to proceed. In the past, I almost made really bad mistakes regarding restoring my vintage pieces, they give perfect advice and saved my bad decisions with the red lume :D I have had multiple watches serviced from them. Vintage and modern, every single time with the absolute prefect results. You get them factory new! Do you have a 1920 Seikosha with no parts, they manufacture them. A Jaeger-Lecoultre with broken lugs, they laser weld. A Solid gold Patek with a damaged case, or a platinum Audermas, they fix it, looking brand new. They perform black magic regarding the case polishing. No warping, razor edges on every crevasse of the watch, just like the Zaratsu masters. Watch complications ! they have mastered it. Chronographs, Fly-Backs, Rattrapantes, Minute-Repeaters, all kinds of Calendar-Complications. Don't know if they do Turbillions :p, but probably yes. All in all, thank you for your everything dear Robert and Roman. PS: Go visit, they have all kinds if watchmaking supplies. Bergeon and co.

Looks very clean and high tech, waiting for by repair but no doubt it is probably the best place in Vienna for watch geeks.
