Wahnsinnig toller Service, rasch und sehr freundlich, bin ganz begeistert. Vielen Dank! :) Arrived at the very last minute before the shop closed with my request, was served very friendly and patiently, in the end I wasn't even charged for it. Insanely great service, quick and very friendly, I am very enthusiastic. Thanks very much! :)

Dennoch hatte Herr Wimmer mir eine gute Option gegeben: Er hätte die "verwertbaren Teile" der Uhr zurückgenommen und mir einen (aus meiner Sicht) sehr guten Preis gemacht. Ich habe die Uhr dennoch reparieren lassen. Dann wollte ich meine "Moony" (Speedmaster Professional) zum Service bringen. Da ich die Uhr in nächster Zeit nicht trage, riet er mir ab das Service zu machen. Sinnvoller weise erst wenn ich sie tragen möchte. Hat mir im Moment einiges Geld gespart. :-) (Die Reparatur ser Dark Side war teuer genug. ;)) A watchmaker who is highly recommended! My "Dark Side of the Moon" was almost a total write-off and had to be sent to the factory. Nevertheless, Mr. Wimmer had given me a good option: He would have taken back the "usable parts" of the watch and given me a very good price (from my point of view). I still had the watch repaired. Then I wanted to bring my "Moony" (Speedmaster Professional) to service. Since I won't be wearing the watch anytime soon, he advised me not to do the service. Only when I want to wear it makes more sense. Saved me quite a bit of money at the moment. :-) (The repair of this Dark Side was expensive enough.;))

In 1 Stunde waren sie bereits mit der Reparatur von 5 Uhren fertig. Very professional and friendly... I was there for the second time today and can really only recommend it. In 1 hour they were already done repairing 5 watches.

Nach vielen vergeblichen Versuchen von mir, eine originale Verlängerung meiner kürzlich ersteigerten Armbanduhr zu bekommen, habe ich glücklicherweise das Geschäft Uhren Wimmer entdeckt. Mit der Hilfe von Herrn Wimmer kann ich meine nun passende Uhr endlich tragen. Excellent master watchmaker. After many unsuccessful attempts by me to get an original extension of my recently auctioned wristwatch, I fortunately discovered the Uhren Wimmer store. With the help of Mr. Wimmer, I can finally wear my watch that is now suitable.

Unsere RW1 wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail perfekt restauriert und aufbereitet und ist wieder wie neu. Aber wirklich begeistert hat uns die Kundenorienterung des Chefs, Herrn Wimmer, als wir danach mit einer etwas unüblichen Bitte - nämlich der Aufbereitung des Bandes einer alten Seiko - an ihn herantraten. Er ließ nichts unversucht, und wollte am Ende dafür gar nichts verrechnen, da auf Grund des Zustandes und des Materials des Uhrbandes eine perfekte Restauration nicht möglich war. - Die Zufriedenheit seiner Kunden ist für Hrn Wimmer oberstes Gebot. Einfach TOP Outstanding service and master craftsmanship, and above all TOP customer orientation. Our RW1 has been perfectly restored and prepared with great attention to detail and is like new again. But we were really enthusiastic about the customer orientation of the boss, Mr. Wimmer, when we approached him with a somewhat unusual request - namely the processing of the strap of an old Seiko. He left no stone unturned and ultimately didn't want to charge anything for it, since a perfect restoration was not possible due to the condition and material of the watch strap. - The satisfaction of his customers is the top priority for Mr. Wimmer. Simply GREAT
