So verfällt jetzt auch mein Flextarif, da ich umbuchen MUSSTE. Dem Kunden alles schön verkaufen, danke für Ihre Inkompetenz! Booked a vacation. Staff did not inform me that it was an ON REQUEST room. My flex tariff is now also forfeited because I HAD to rebook. Sell everything nicely to the customer, thanks for your incompetence!

Wundert mich nicht warum die ihr Service Hauptsächlich online anbieten. Persönliche Beratung wird bei denen wohl sehr klein geschrieben. Staff keeps customers waiting forever, instead greeting and squeezing friends. Incredibly rude staff. Doesn't surprise me why they mainly offer their service online. Personal advice is probably very small for them.

The food is excellent everywhere u go and clean which is important in a restaurant or open sittings. Children have a place to play in the new wing. I find that fantastic to watch the little ones amuse themselves. I am handicap in a wheelchair. There restrooms for us but not enough. Should be more. I am sure in the future there will be. It's a fun place to spend the day especially when the weather is either to hot or cold. If u get bored there is the cinema in the building. Either way u will enjoy yourself I am sure.
