★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is not a 4-star hotel, the promotional images are processed and do not reflect the reality. The hotel is old and dazzled. Both, the staff and the owner were extremely rude. I had the worst experience ever. Very limited breakfast, table napkins are limited to 1 piece per person. The restaurant closes at 20 o'clock and the bar at 22. You can not socialize in the hotel, it is not suitable for families with children and for groups. In the lobby there is a coffee machine with a programmed socket and the operation is interrupted between 22 and 7 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMEND for anyone. We travel with kids. Also they said it is a family hotel, IT is not. They offer services on their site... but when you arrive here, you get it:
-jacuzzi :not working
-wellness area, open until 7pm...so... if you ski(on winter)... have no time to relax there
-they count the napkins from the table:once, i dare to ask for extra napkins.... and they told ME.
