★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very clean, I like silence at night and fresh air. There is a restaurant within the hotel. The Wi-Fi signal is good. It's bad that there is no refrigerator in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is OK, not shining, but good. Location is very good. Close to many attractions. Close to the lift and in the summer, there is a very nice toboggan run just beside hotel. Mini golf belonging to the hotel is very handy, and many more.. I liked the rooms also - clean and spacious. The service, though, is not good - less than average. Some personal is ok, but some suffer from real unbearable attitude, several times we were forced to appeal to managers to achieve what we wanted. Which brings me to the next point - the food. The Food is mostly not bad, but we missed the amount and variety of vegetables, which were very important for us. When we asked to add, we were replied that this is it. It was so sad... :( Only when we asked manager to assist, we were server with some tiny addition of those. In general, we were scared to contact working personal in order not to get rudely treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice hotel. The check-in and out were super fast, the staff friendly and attentive. Beautiful surroundings and lots of entertainment options. I would specially recommend it for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was quick despite a big party, lovely playground for the children which can be seen from the tables, but it seemed the fryer needed to be refreshed in oil (my wife felt sick the whole night after) and we had to wait for the plate of one of us while the rest was already on the table
EDIT: went here a second time (ordering different things) now we liked it better
