★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New platform that offers investors to invest in subordinated loans to real-estate companies that has development projects or already are managing portfolio or rental estates with revenue streams. Not the highest return, but especially for such business with majority of projects in Vienna - not great, not terrible as it goes ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been investing since the beginning and was quite happy but I am starting to reconsider. Because:
A project was closed way too early and we were paid out without interest of a whole year. And had the audacity to communicate that as a success.
Another project won't pay out as the issuer was not able to sell the property on time. Therefore it all takes another 2 months to pay out, supposedly. That without interest on the money they are keeping.
It seems like the greed comes forward now, as they have established their desired market share.
And by the way.. the newly designed website uses way too much white-space, not useful on mobile, does not keep site-settings and they ditched the statistics as well.
I think I will discontinue to invest, the trust is gone.
