Immofunding has learned a lot. Communication has gotten a lot better. First investment was paid back on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Anleger werden totz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht über das Genehmigungsverfahren und den Baufortschritt informiert, obwohl vertraglich eine 3-momatige Frist dafür vorgesehen ist. Mails an den Vermittler werden nicht beantwortet, Anrufe an Herrn Peirleitner abgeblockt.
Despite repeated requests, investors are not informed about the approval process and construction progress, although a 3-minute period is contractually provided for this. Mails to the agent are not answered, calls to Mr. Peirleitner are blocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Am Römerweg" ist mehr als überfällig. Leider hällt es niemand von diese Plattform für nötig, die Anleger zu informieren ob/wann Sie ihr Geld zurück bekommen. Das können andere besser! Hier werde ich nicht mehr investieren. Auf Mails wird auch nicht geantwortet. Also: Finger weg!!
"Am Römerweg" is more than overdue. Unfortunately, nobody on this platform believes it is necessary to inform investors whether / when you will get your money back. Others can do better! I will no longer invest here. E-mails are not answered either. So: stay away !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projekt "Aconlofts" ist seit Mai 2020 fällig und wurde bisher immer noch nicht ausbezahlt. Auf Mail wird nicht leider auch nicht reagiert. Für uns als Jungfamilie eine echte Enttäuschung:(:(:(
The "Aconlofts" project has been due since May 2020 and has still not been paid out. Unfortunately, there is no response to mail either. For us as a young family a real disappointment :( :( :(

Projekt "Neudeggerstraße" sollte zum 30.11.2020 zurückgezahlt werden und es wird mit undurchsichtigen Ankündigungen auf den St. Nimmerleinstag vertröstet. Projekt "Seböckstraße" sollte zum 28.02.2021 zurückgezahlt werden und gibt es gar keine Mitteilungen mehr. Projekt "St.Veit-Gasse" solle zum 31.10.2021 zurückgezahlt werden und hier sieht es auch nicht gut aus. Für alle Projekte fehlen die vertraglichen Mitteilungen über die Vorgänge. Auf meine mails wird nicht geantwortet und anrufen ist zwecklos, weil man nur in einer Warteschleife landet und niemand antwortet. Ich fürchte da steckt Methode dahinter und es läuft höchstens auf eine Anzeige bei der Polizei hinaus ...
Unfortunately I have invested in 3 projects. The "Neudeggerstraße" project should be repaid by November 30th, 2020 and it will be put off with opaque announcements for the never-to-be-left day. Project "Seböckstraße" should be repaid on February 28th, 2021 and there are no more notifications. The "St.Veit-Gasse" project should be repaid by October 31, 2021 and things are not looking good here either. The contractual notifications about the processes are missing for all projects. My emails are not answered and calling is pointless, because you just end up in a queue and no one answers. I'm afraid there is a method behind it and it only comes down to a complaint with the police ...
