Lassen Sie sich JEDE Versprechung schriftlich geben und bei nicht Erfüllung Konsequenzen definieren (Pönale!). Gehen Sie bei der Vertragserrichtung keine Kompromisse ein. Es ist das Näheverhältnis des Maklers und des Verkäufers zu beachten! Obacht! NICHT zu empfehlen! Absolutely unprofessional behavior, the worst thing I have experienced so far. Do not be tempted to buy the property! Let ANY promise be in writing and define non-fulfillment consequences (Pönale!). Do not compromise on the contract. It is the proximity of the broker and the seller to note! Care! Not recommendable!

Bei ihnen war alles stimmig und ich hab mich persönlich nicht nur gut beraten, sondern insgesamt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Fragen wurden beantwortet, egal welche, also auch rechtlich wurden mir auch Tipps gegeben, worauf ich achten soll. Wenn man sich einmal dazu entschlossen hat ein Grundstück oder Haus zu verkaufen, kann ich die 3SI nur empfehlen. I decided a few months ago to sell my property in Vienna. Meine persönliche Erfahrung: Echt zuverlässig und Handschlagqualität, das ist heute nicht mehr so leicht zu finden. Und gerade in einem Bereich, wo es um viel Geld geht und man meistens als Käufer nicht das Wissen rund um solche Immobilienankäufe und Transaktionen mitbringt, ist es schon super, wenn man dem Verkäufer vertrauen kann und auch gut beraten und betreut fühlt, bis alles abgeschlossen ist. Und dieser Spirit wird meiner Meinung nach vom ganzen Team gelebt.
