Most of their stock is out of date and they hide the due date with stickers but when you open it is rotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On November 17th they sold us 3 Sacher torre with out of date label November 12th. They give them to your wrapped in paper, so you can't see the date. They told us it would be good after 10 days of purchase. When we cut it five days after purchase, all of them were moulded inside. I sent an email with my complain along with pictures. More than one week has passed, and there is no answer from them.
BUY EVERYWHERE ELSE, THEIR BUSINESS IS TO CHEAT ON TOURISTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice little shop where you can buy the most delicious bonbons of the town. You can mix bonbons together or get them in a gift box. They also sell the famous Sachertorte and Mozart bonbons. The lady that helped us was very sweet and calm and made us want to go back only for her! Very much recommended!

One of their homemade chocolates even tasted like fish!! ?? (Edit : the smell and weird taste disappeared after a few days but still...!)
Pralinen /Nougat were dry.
Trüffeln were sandy in the inside... (Edit : Curiously, they got better after a few days ?)
Honestly, I wanted to bring back the bag and leave it on the counter.
Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chocolate we got was aged given it had the white film on the outside. Chocolate quality doesn't live up to the hype. One positive aspect was the staff was very friendly.
