I wanted to have a set of tires mounted on my Ducati1260S Multistrada, they don't even have a 52 socket for the rear tire, pretty weak for a tire dealer.

Dienstag Mittag wurde ich angerufen, ich am Nachmittag vorbei kommen kann. Absolut unkompliziert, problemlos, schnell und freundlich. Called on a Monday to have a new set of tires fitted. I was told they didn't have the tires in stock. I was called on Tuesday at noon, I can come over in the afternoon. Absolutely straightforward, problem-free, quick and friendly.

Als ich nachfragte wurde mir nur gesagt war telefonisch wahrscheinlich ohne Mehrwertsteuer obwohl ich sicher zweimal gefragt habe ob das der komplette Preis inklusive Montage ist da wurde noch gesagt ja. Dan sollte man auch den Preis einhalten was gesagt wird. Was always very satisfied, but today when installing the tire, the bill was just over 27 € more expensive than agreed on over the phone. When I asked I was only told that the phone was probably without VAT, although I must have asked twice whether the full price is inclusive of assembly and they said yes. Dan you should also keep the price what is said.
