M	Martina Kappo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit November 2018 ! - leider um 2 Tage zu spät - aus Ihrer Kartei gestrichen , durfte Ihnen aber mangels jedweder Kulanz noch ein ganzes Jahr die Gebühr bezahlen und dann haben Sie mir, weil mein Betriebskonto leider auch um 1 Tag früher geschlossen wurde, als Sie sich abzubuchen bequemt hatten ,ein Inkasso-Service auf den Hals gehetzt weil Sie nicht imstande waren -trotz Kenntnis meiner Handy-Nr. - und wohl wissend, dass dies beides Praxisschließungsturbulenzen zuzuschreiben war ,wenigstens anzurufen. Ich betrachte den gesamten Vorgang als höchst unprofessionell und als ausgesprochene Aversion. Ich habe nichts Positives über Offisy zu vermelden und wünsche, dass Sie mich in Zukunft endgültig mit Ihren in meinem Fall völlig sinnlosen E-Mails in Ruhe lassen und nicht unnötig mein Postfach zumüllen ! I've been since November 2018! - unfortunately 2 days too late - deleted from your card index, but was allowed to pay you the fee for a whole year in the absence of any goodwill and then you gave me, because my company account was unfortunately closed 1 day earlier than you had made it convenient to debit , rushed a debt collection service on the neck because they were unable to - despite knowing my cell phone number. - and knowing full well that both of these were due to turbulence in the closure of the practice, at least calling. I have nothing positive to report about Offisy and I hope that in the future you will leave me alone with your e-mails, which are completely pointless in my case, and not unnecessarily fill my mailbox!

Die Überweisung habe ich fristgerecht durchgeführt und am Freitag kam nach mehr als 7 Mon eine Zahlungsaufforderung vom Rechtsanwalt mit erheblichen Mehrkosten. Seit Januar keinerlei Nachricht von offisy. Ich konnte die Zahlung nachweisen und die Forderung wurde somit ausgebucht. Was bleibt, ist das ungute Gefühl, dass die Firma doppelt kassieren wollte. Delivery of ffp2 masks in January worked fine, but the quality is very poor (tape tears after being used 2 times). I carried out the transfer on time and on Friday after more than 7 months I received a request for payment from the lawyer with considerable additional costs. No news from offisy since January. I was able to prove the payment and the claim was booked out. What remains is the uncomfortable feeling that the company wanted to collect money twice.

Großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und erleichtert den Praxisalltag enorm. Auch die PatientInnen finden Offisy super (Stichwort SMS-Terminerinnerung ;) ) - absolute Empfehlung!!! We use Offisy as a joint practice - the service and the offer are simply great! Great price-performance ratio and makes everyday practice much easier. The patients also think Offisy is great (keyword SMS appointment reminder;)) - an absolute recommendation !!!

Dies war einerseits teuer und zeitaufwändig (z.B. Zuordnung der Kunden mit den zu erstellenden Rechnungen/Buchaltung). Mit Offisy habe ich nun einen Anbieter gefunden der alle Bereiche abdeckt. Das beste ist für mich die Zeitersparnis bei der Abrechnung und die Flexibilität der Kunden Onlinetermine zu buchen, da ich wärend den Behandlung nicht telefonieren kann. Auch meine Ausfallquote durch die SMS bzw. E-mail Erinnerungen hat sich deutlich reduziert. Ein weiterer Punkt für Offisy ist der Support. Bei Problemen oder Fragen wird einem sofort geholfen. Auch wird das Programm ständig optimiert und als Kunde kann man aktiv ander Gestaltung teilnehmen. Alles in allem: ✅ Top Produkt ✅ Top Support ✅Zeitersparnis durch vereinfachte Prozesse die ineinander greifen ⚙️⚙️ ✅Individuelle Anpassung der Bedürfnisse ✅Preis/Leistung As a masseur, I had already tried a few programs before Offisy, but unfortunately I always had to combine different providers. Dann tauchte da plötzlich die Fa. Offisy bei meinen Recherchen auf und der Webauftritt samt Angebot war mir auf Anhieb gleich sympathisch. Ich hatte ein gutes Gefühl und habe mich für die Nutzung nach einer kurzen Testphase entschieden, weil es ENDLICH ein Tool war, das wirklich einfach zu bedienen war! Es ist flexibel einsetzbar, für die Kunden auch wirklich einfach zu bedienen und ich erspare mir bei der monatlichen Buchhaltung, aber auch bei den Kundenbuchungen unendlich viel Zeit! Was ich noch toll finde, ist diese wahnsinnige Kundenorientierung des Unternehmens! Es wird immer wieder an Verbesserungen/Erweiterungen, etc. gearbeitet - als Kunde habe ich das Gefühl, dieses Unternehmen ist nur darauf bedacht, mir mein Unternehmerdasein zu erleichtern. Technische Probleme gibts auch sehr, sehr selten und wenn doch, dann ist der kompetente Support auch sofort zur Stelle und hilft rasch und unkompliziert. Alles in allem - NUR EMPFEHLENSWERT! It can be used flexibly, is really easy to use for the customers and I save a lot of time with the monthly bookkeeping, but also with the customer bookings! What I also think is great is the insane customer orientation of the company! Improvements/extensions, etc. are always being worked on - as a customer, I have the feeling that this company is only concerned with making my entrepreneurial life easier. There are also very, very few technical problems, and if they do, the competent support is there immediately and helps quickly and easily. All in all - ONLY RECOMMENDED!
