Darauf wurde mir per Telefon bestätigt, dass dieses im Geschäft vorrätig sei. Ich sagte dem Verkäufer, dass ich in der nächsten Stunde vorbeikomme. Bei meiner Ankunft wusste weder jemand über den Anruf Bescheid noch war besagtes Ebike vorhanden. Wir wollten 2 Ebikes kaufen aber der Kundenservice war sehr schlecht. I was very upset today. I had called if there was a certain ebike in the shop. I was then confirmed by telephone that this was in stock in the shop. I told the seller I would be there in the next hour. When I arrived no one knew about the call and there was no Ebike. We wanted to buy 2 e-bikes but customer service was very poor.
M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde ein Zubehör (Handyhalterung) nicht verkauft mit der Begründung, ich habe das Fahrrad nicht bei ihnen gekauft! Gehts noch?! ….Sehr dubioses Geschäft. An accessory (mobile phone holder) was not sold to me on the grounds that I did not buy the bike from them! Are you crazy?! .... Very dubious business.

Fünf Sterne plus Very friendly and excellent advice. There is a large parking lot where you can try the bike without any problems. Gladly again at any time. Five stars plus

Würden wieder bei ebikeCITY kaufen. My girlfriend and I each bought a KTM eBike in July. Very competent, friendly advice. We were also helped with loading. Would buy from ebikeCITY again.
W	Willi “Walker” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große Auswahl, kleine Beratungsqualität. Wir fanden hier eine wirklich große Auswahl, vorwiegend KTM, und haben auch ein Rad gekauft. Preis und Rad passen prima. Aber ... an der Servicequalität haperts leider. Wir haben das Rad gezielt am Vormittag abgeholt, wo ausreichend Zeit sein sollte. Der Mitarbeiter hat jedoch weder die Funktion ausführlich erklärt, noch wurde das Übergabeprotokoll (im KTM Heft) ausgefüllt, die Anpassung (Sattel, etc.) war "ja passt eh scho so wies is" , auf Fragen zu Zubehör wurde nur widerwillig geantwortet, und das 200km Service wurde durchgestrichen, und beim Kauf erledigt angemerkt. Insgesamt echt enttäuschend. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Qualität des KTM Rads so gut ist, dass wir nicht mehr auf die Servicequalität des Mitarbeiters angewiesen sind. Large selection, low quality of advice. We found a really large selection here, mostly KTM, and we also bought a bike. Price and bike fit perfectly. But ... unfortunately the service quality is a problem. We picked up the bike specifically in the morning, where there should be enough time. However, the employee did not explain the function in detail, nor was the handover protocol filled out (in the KTM booklet), the adjustment (saddle, etc.) was "yes it fits anyway, so it is", questions about accessories were only answered reluctantly, and the 200km service was crossed out and noted when the purchase was done. Overall really disappointing. One can only hope that the quality of the KTM bike is so good that we are no longer dependent on the service quality of the employee.
K	Karl Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bereits das zweite E bike bei City bike gekauft, vor den Kauf und direkt bei der Kaufabwicklung freundlich, hat man irgendwann eine telefonische Frage, da ich 200km entfernt bin dann wird es abgeschmettert. diese Firma sollte keiner besuchen.Schlechtester Service. Zum Rad selbst kann ich noch nichts sagen, und auch das Service für das genutze Rad kann ich noch nicht beurteilen. Aber bisher kann ich das Geschäft durchaus empfehlen, auch wenn momentan, wie überall in der Branche, Flaute an Nachschub bei großer Nachfrage herrscht.
