★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In diesem Unternehmen sind Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice sehr GROSS geschrieben! Bereits am Telefon erhielt ich klare und nachvollziehbare Angebote und vor Ort wurde trotz Vorweihnachtsstress (22.12.) äußerst zuvorkommend auf die Anforderungen meines in die Tage gekommenen Autos eingegangen. Auch allen anderen Kunden wurde wirklich geholfen, wie ich beobachten konnte. Top ??!!!
 In this company, friendliness and customer service are very important! Already on the phone I received clear and comprehensible offers and despite the pre-Christmas stress (December 22nd) on site, the requirements of my aging car were very courteously dealt with. All other customers were really helped as well, as I could see. Top ?? !!!

Customer Experience is a value which is driven from the owners to the workers.
Near to instantly got an appointment and they fixed my brakes immediately.
The bill was surprisingly reasonable (had different experiences with other shops).
