Very friendly and helpful employee. Was still in the shop shortly after 6 p.m. and was served extremely friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nirgends - absolut NIRGENDS - wird Kundenservice so groß geschrieben und gelebt wie beim Frankl!! So ein bemühtes und kundenorientierten Personal wie dort findet man selten! Man fühlt sich super wohl und hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt den Eindruck der Verkäufer will einfach nur Unsatz generieren, wie man leider beim Mitbewerber oft erlebt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die liebe Frau Iris und den Christopher, die meinen Lebensgefährten und mich so super beraten haben! Alle Daumen nach oben :-) Wir kaufen jetzt nur mehr bei euch ein ;)
Nowhere - absolutely NOWHERE - is customer service as important and lived as at Frankl!! You rarely find such a hard-working and customer-oriented staff as there! You feel super comfortable and at no time do you have the impression that the seller just wants to generate waste, as is unfortunately often the case with competitors! I would particularly like to emphasize the dear Mrs. Iris and Christopher, who gave my partner and me such great advice! All thumbs up :-) We only buy from you now ;)
