★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeiten an der Kassa, da diese oft nicht besetzt ist. Bei Nachfrage dann noch wirklich unhöfliches Verhalten der Kassiererin. Da dies anscheinend nicht eine Ausnahme sondern die Regel ist, werde ich dort nicht mehr einkaufen.
 Long waits at the cash desk, as this is often not occupied. When asked then really rude behavior of the cashier. Since this seems to be not an exception but the rule, I will not shop there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unkompetentes unfreundliches Personal, zumindest die Dame an der Kassa. Aber sowas von .... Habe mich erkundigt, da ich einen Artikel nicht finden konnte, aber sie war nicht bereit nachzuschauen bzw nachzufragen. Das sollte nicht sein !!
Incompetent, unfriendly staff, at least the lady at the cash desk. But something of ... I inquired because I couldn't find an article, but she wasn't ready to look or ask. That should not be !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kunde der Bio kauft, ist kompetent selbst zu entscheiden. Wie er die nicht alltagstauglichen FFP2 Maske ( ob, keine oder unter der Nase) trägt. Weil nur 100% Bio wirklich nachhaltig ist.Trifft auf die umweltschädlichen FFP2 Masken nicht zu!
The customer who buys organic is competent to decide for himself. How he wears the FFP2 mask, which is not suitable for everyday use (whether, none or under his nose). Because only 100% organic is really sustainable. Does not apply to the environmentally harmful FFP2 masks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstklassiger Markt, wunderschön anzusehen und große Auswahl. Leider nicht so günstig, aber eigentlich verständlich. Gute Ware, höherer Preis. Bei guten Lebensmitteln sollte man nicht sparen.
First class market, beautiful to look at and great variety. Unfortunately not that cheap, but understandable. Good goods, higher price. You shouldn't skimp on good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Bioprodukte - gehe an und für sich immer wieder gerne hin! Die Eigenmarke hat zudem auch sehr faire Preise. Kunden-WC nur nach lanen "Verhandlungen" mit Personal zugänglich. Grade in einem Biosupermarkt, wo man gerne stöbert und nach neuen Produkten sucht, kann man doch mal auf die Toilette müssen. ABER: Leider schlechter Umgang mit der Pandemie. Kunden ohne Maske werden nicht aktiv aufgefordert, eine Maske zu tragen oder wenigstens Abstand zu anderen Kunden einzuhalten. Warum sollen über 90 % der Kunden, die sich an alles halten und auch nicht angesteckt werden wollen, so etwas ertragen! Auch das Personal läuft teilweise mit der Maske unter der Nase herum. Das ist kein Verantwortungsbewusstsein für so ein Unternehmen. So werden wir die Pandemie nicht los.
Good organic products - enjoy going there again and again! The own brand also has very fair prices. Customer toilet only accessible after long "negotiations" with staff. Especially in an organic supermarket, where you like to browse and look for new products, you might have to go to the toilet. BUT: Unfortunately, poor handling of the pandemic. Customers without a mask are not actively asked to wear a mask or at least keep a distance from other customers. Why should over 90% of customers who stick to everything and also don't want to be infected, endure something like this! Some of the staff also walk around with the mask under their noses. That is not a sense of responsibility for such a company. This is not how we get rid of the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird man als Asthmatiker wie der letzte Dreck behandelt, die Chefin reisst Atteste aus der Hand und schaut sie, obwohl sie keine Befugnisse dazu hat, ganz genau an, aber ich bin ja kooperativ. Dann wird ganz patzig geantwortet ob denn jetzt alle Asthma hätten?
Halloo?? So eine Diagnose vom Facharzt kriegt man nicht einfach so oder zum Spaß, das was dort betrieben wird grenzt schon fast an Mobbing. Gehe seit Jahren dort einkaufen und dann wird man nicht mal mehr gegrüßt, das war vorher anders! Es wird ganz klar gezeigt, dass man als Asthmatiker nicht wilkommen ist! Geht bitte zum BIOFELD oder SPAR da wird man nach wie vor wie ein normaler Mensch behandelt.
As an asthmatic, you are treated like the last shit here, the boss tears certificates out of her hand and looks at them very carefully, although she has no authority to do so, but I'm cooperative. Then the answer is very rude, whether everyone has asthma now?
Halloo ?? You don't get such a diagnosis from a specialist just like that or for fun, what is done there almost borders on bullying. I have been shopping there for years and then no one is even greeted, it was different before! It is clearly shown that asthma sufferers are not welcome! Please go to BIOFELD or SPAR because you will still be treated like a normal person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 12 years in Middle East I moved around in Europe quite a bit in the last 3 years and I must say this is the only shop that can kind of compare to the organic cafe & shop I used back in the Middle East. Excellent quality of fresh produce, unbelievable variety of products and stock never seems to be a problem. The staff is always helpful in locating items I can't find myself. I command and respect all the efforts of the shop that they try to provide everything despite the pandemic and not looking excuses in these times as many other companies do. And I also respect them following guidelines given by the government in those times - if that means I need to wear a mask or I can't use the toilet, so be it: I came there for groceries shopping and not to express my personal dissatisfaction with what's going on in the world.
The shop is definitely worth the 1 hour drive I have to make. Thank you Denn's Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a toogoodtogo bag, I had to argue half an hour with the seller till I got the similar bag that I ordered. They lost my bag and they wanted to give me only two breads for four euro. As I didn't accept, finally I got a bag of another customer with a lot of goodies that I publish its Foto. What I felt today was that I'm cheated in this shop! Never do it again!
