Very unfriendly customer approach!

I was such in need of their help! They got me, fixed me, now I'm happy!

Not recommended purely due to the fact that they fitted the wrong part on the car that was written and requested. There's more profesional and cheaper fast fit garages in the area.

What Im going to write is the complete truth. I had a reservation Saturday December 5th 2015 at 13.30 to change the oil of my car.An old incompetent woman,I guess she was "woman" with short hair,wrote down all my details on the computer (violating my privacy).She told me to come back at 13.30. I came back there, 1 hour before my appointment and I waited my turn.I asked to this "woman" if the store had a new screw for my car to replace the old one as BMW suggests after changing the oil.Once I asked that,a man 60 years old white and short hair (the only one basically) speaking no english (a big deficit for his job as "chef" of the store!!!!) came to me and he said that the store didnt have any replacement for this screw and to decline any responsability, as a coward, said that the oil could just be drained from up side hoping that I could leave the workshop.For me it was not a big deal,so I went outside the store and then inside the workshop talking to some guys that were working.Once I told them what I heard about the system to drain the oil ,they answered me "no problem we can do it both way:down or up". From that moment I understood that the bauer man qualified as"chef" of the store, layed to me as a coward. No problem, I kept waiting my turn,laughing for the infantile and immature behaviour he acted ,but after a while he came again from the store to the workship where I was waiting.This old man said something to an employee that was working, to have him as an accomplice.This guy was young and from his face was clear that he heard from him a lie in fact this young guy imbarassed had a smile on his face like to say "i dont know,if you want we can say that".Right after this old "chef" coward man came to me and said that the pump to drain the oil from up side was broken!!! HOW is possible to be so immature and fake at his age?! I was surprised because he invented so many excuses and I dint make anything to deserve his lie and above all I was surprised how this old man had no DIGNITY according his age! He just kept lying and lying telling me with arrogance "I am the chef here" . I didnt care who was him.He was just an incompetent old man without brave! No problem by the way because Forstinger did it for less money without problem,laughing about A.T.U. and about that "chef". Ciao bello! Have the same treatment sooner or later.
