Nicht nur, dass ich in kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung auf meine Anfrage erhalten habe, es wurde mir auch ein komplett neues Paar Stöcke zugesandt. Gratulation zu diesem Kundenservice. I lost the tip of one of my Leki ski poles and asked Redler Sports about a replacement. Not only did I get a response to my request in a very short time, I was also sent a completely new pair of sticks. Congratulations on this customer service.

Auf unsere Ersatzteil-Nachfrage wurde prompt reagiert und die notwendigen Schrauben gleich an uns versandt. Waren bereits wieder mit der Kleinen im Schnee wandern. Eine kurze Beschreibung mit Foto auf dem Leki Kontaktformular und die Firma redlersports meldete sich rasch per E-Mail, mit der Bitte die Stöcke zur Begutachten auf ihre Kosten einzusenden (ohne Kaufbeleg!). 2 Tage später bekam ich von der Firma redlersports eine Auftragsbestätigung über 1 Paar neue Micro Vario Carbon strong kostenlos und nochmals 2 Tage hatte ich die neuen Stöcke zu Hause! Chapeau und herzlichen Dank, besser geht´s wirklich nicht! With my 4-year-old LEKI Micro Vario Carbon strong poles, both PUSH BUTTONS could only be removed with a mechanical aid. A short description with a photo on the Leki contact form and the company redlersports responded quickly by e-mail, with the request to send the sticks for inspection at their expense (without proof of purchase!). 2 days later I received an order confirmation from redlersports for 1 pair of new Micro Vario Carbon strong free of charge and for another 2 days I had the new poles at home! Chapeau and thank you very much, it really doesn't get any better!
