★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit von Melanie. Heute hatte ich um 10.00 Uhr einen Termin. Als ich dort ankam, wurde nur kurz erwähnt, dass Melanie heute krank ist. Die Chefin war selber im Studio, leider wurde mir keine Lösung des Problems angeboten. Ich habe dann einfach im Wartebereich Platz genommen, da ich auf meine Nachbarin (sie hatte einen Termin bei der Chefin) warten musste. Nach 40 Minuten wollte man mich dann auf die Fußpflege vorbereiten, das habe ich dann abgelehnt. Die Chefin hielt es nicht für nötig, sich bei mir zu entschuldigen, sie hat einfach den Lehrling vorgeschickt. Ich werde diesen Salon nie mehr besuchen.
I have always been very satisfied with Melanie's work. I had an appointment at 10am today. When I got there, it was only briefly mentioned that Melanie is ill today. The boss was in the studio herself, unfortunately I was not offered a solution to the problem. I then simply took a seat in the waiting area because I had to wait for my neighbor (she had an appointment with the boss). After 40 minutes they wanted to prepare me for the pedicure, but I refused. The boss didn't think it was necessary to apologize to me, she just sent the apprentice ahead. I will never visit this salon again.
