Nach der Übergabe habe ich leider festgestellt, dass die reale Wohnfläche nichts mit der Angabe von Expose zu tun hat! Der Grundriss stand ohne Maßstab in Expose. Nach der Übergabe kann man gesetzlich leider nichts machen. Ich würde diese Firma in Zukunft nie mehr vertrauen und generell empfehle ich euch in Besichtigung immer nachmessen. A few years ago I bought an apartment in Dornbirn with the help of the Re / MAX company. After the handover, I unfortunately discovered that the real living space has nothing to do with the specification of Expose! The floor plan was in expose without scale. After the handover, unfortunately, nothing can be legally done. I would never trust this company again in the future and I generally recommend that you always take a look at it.

Mir wurde zwei mal versichert das ich in Kürze einen Rückruf erhalten werde, da die Dame nicht zuständig war für die bestimmte Geschäftsfläche. Bis dato wurde ich nicht telefonisch oder auf sonst einem Weg informiert. Ich finde es sehr schade das man seine Arbeit so unprofessionell und unzuverlässig erledigt. In Zukunft werde ich mir Immobilienfirmen aussuchen die ihre arbeite professionell und schnell erledigen und auch auf die Wünsche des Kunden eingehen. Leider ist nicht mehr als ein Stern drinnen!!!! So about 2 weeks ago I asked the Remax company about a business space over the phone. I was assured twice that I would get a call back shortly because the lady was not responsible for the specific business area. To date, I have not been informed by phone or any other means. I think it's a shame that you do your job so unprofessionally and unreliably. In the future, I will choose real estate companies that will do their work professionally and quickly and that will also respond to the wishes of the customer. Unfortunately there is not more than one star inside !!!!
