★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine defekte Bauknecht-Waschmaschine. Der Bauknecht-Kundendienst ist die reine Katastrophe, deshalb sahen wir uns nach einem freien Reparaturdienst in der Umgebung um. Bei Elektro Trnka wurden wir fündig. Nach den üblen Erfahrungen mit Bauknecht wären wir schon mit allem zufrieden gewesen, was halbwegs nach Reparatur aussieht. Doch hier war alles absolut top: Herr Duffek kam ins Haus, fand rasch den Fehler, kam nach drei Tagen mit dem nötigen Ersatzteil wieder, machte alles fertig, teste das Gerät und fuhr von dannen. Heute, vier Tage später, kam die Rechnung: Keine irren Positionen, alles fair und klar. JEDERZEIT GERNE WIEDER!
We had a broken Bauknecht washing machine. The Bauknecht customer service is a pure disaster, so we looked around for a free repair service in the area. We found what we were looking for at Elektro Trnka. After the bad experiences with Bauknecht, we would have been satisfied with everything that looks halfway to repair. But everything was absolutely great here: Mr. Duffek came into the house, quickly found the fault, came back after three days with the necessary spare parts, finished everything, test the device and drove away. Today, four days later, the calculation came: no crazy positions, everything fair and clear. AGAIN ANY TIME!
