After we were ignored for a few minutes in the optics department, we left without doing anything. I know something like that only in Mistelbach.

Personal sehr sehr Freundlich u Kompetend u stehen auch mit Rat+Tat zu Verfügung er ist für mich die Nummer1 in Mistelbach. Einziges Manko das ich Ankreide da hat aber Mistelbach keinen Einfluss das sind Internetseiten do kummt ma des Grausen das kann die Konkurrenz besser. Bei Brillen kann ich nichts sagen den von so manchen Vorteilspreisen habe ich nichts da meine Gläser immer sehr teuer sind 11Dioptrien.TrotzAllem 5 Stars. Jimmy R. Staff very, very friendly and competent and are also available with advice and action, he is number 1 in Mistelbach for me. Das Gerät wurde zwar nicht im Shop gekauft, jedoch brauchte sie eine neue SIM da sie den PIN-Code vergessen hat. Da das Gerät nicht im Hartlauer-Shop gekauft wurde, intressierte es den Verkäufer nun auch wenig das sie nur eine neue SIM benötigt. Schließlich ist sie ohne neue SIM wieder gefahren und kann nun nicht telefonieren. Hatte bis jetzt immer nur schlechtes über diesen Shop gehört und werde diesen nun selbst nicht besuchen! My aunt wanted to swap a Telering SIM card because of a new device. The device was not purchased in the shop, but she needed a new SIM because she forgot the PIN code. Since the device was not purchased in the Hartlauer shop, it interested the seller now synonymous little that they only need a new SIM. Finally, she drove back without a new SIM and can not call now. Had heard until now only bad about this shop and will not visit this now!

Die generelle Produktauswahl ist einer Stadt wie Mistelbach entsprechend (nicht so üppig wie in Wien, aber man kann bei Bedarf Dinge ja bestellen). Leider war allerdings nicht eine einzige Handyhülle für Sony-Modelle vorhanden. Friendly service. Creation of passport photos uncomplicated, inexpensive and fast. The general product selection corresponds to a city like Mistelbach (not as lavish as in Vienna, but you can order things if necessary). Unfortunately, there was not a single phone case for Sony models.

Leider haben sie mir mein Outlook nicht installiert und da ich technisch nicht sehr begabt bin, hab ich es selbst nicht geschafft. Jetzt wollen sie nochmal €20,- kassieren. Das halte ich für echt schlechten Kundenservice! I bought a new phone there and paid € 20, - for the new equipment. Unfortunately, they have not installed my Outlook and since I'm not very talented technically, I did not make it myself. Now they want to collect another € 20, -. I think that's really bad customer service!

Unhöflich und eingebildet, so was noch nie gesehen in anderen Filialen. Unfortunately, the staff is very unfriendly to customers, they prefer to be busy whispering to each other instead of taking care of the customers. Rude and conceited, never seen in other branches.
