★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine nette österreichische Kleinstadt mit einem ebenso netten, persönlich und irgendwie familiären geführten Elektro“fachgeschäft“chen. Ich selbst bin auch über eine Empfehlung hier gelandet. Eine Megaauswahl wie in einem der Überdrüberelektrohypermärkte darf man sich zwar nicht erwarten, dafür aber gibt es persönliche, kompetente und nette Beratung. Ist etwas nicht vorrätig, steht es innerhalb weniger Tage zur Verfügung bzw. wird unbürokratisch geliefert (seien wir ehrlich, oft spielen ja ein paar Tage Wartezeit nun wirklich keine wichtige Rolle). Mitunter wird gelieferte Ware gleich vorort montiert und alte Tauschgeräte unbürokratisch mitgenommen. Der Chef selbst ist Handwerker alten Schlages, heißt, zu aller erst wird eine Wiederbelebung eines defekten Gerätes versucht, soferne man das möchte.
So mancher Preis wird wohl nicht mit einem Kampftiefstpreisangebot bekannter Großmärkte oder dem Internet mithalten können, doch der gebotene Service macht das alles wett.
Bei dem in nächster Zeit anstehenden Haushaltsgeräte-Tausch auf energieeffizientere Geräte jederzeit wieder.
A nice Austrian small town with an equally nice, personal and somehow family-run electronics “specialist” shop. I ended up here myself through a recommendation. You shouldn't expect a mega selection like in one of the over-electric hypermarkets, but there is personal, competent and nice advice. If something is not in stock, it is available within a few days or is delivered unbureaucratically (let's be honest, a few days of waiting time really don't really play an important role). Occasionally, delivered goods are assembled on site and old exchange devices are taken away with no bureaucracy. The boss himself is an old-school craftsman, which means that first and foremost a resuscitation of a defective device is attempted, if one so wishes.
Many a price will probably not be able to keep up with the lowest price offer from well-known wholesale markets or the Internet, but the service offered makes up for it all.
With the upcoming household appliance swap for more energy-efficient appliances at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonische Anfrage ob Produkt lagernd ist. Wurde am nächsten Tag v. Chef persönlich angerufen, er teilte mir mit, Produkt ist lagernd. Super Bedienung, wurde sogar auf eine Tasse Kaffee ☕ eingeladen.
Telephone inquiry as to whether the product is in stock. Was the next day v. Called the boss personally and told me that the product is in stock. Great service, even invited for a cup of coffee ☕.
