★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angefangen habe ich im September 2019 und trotz der kurzen Zeit, spüre ich schon eine Koordination, Aufmerksamkeit & Konzentration Verbesserung. Natürlich spielt der Trainer dafür eine große Rolle und noch dazu die Flexibilität, die er uns gibt, um den Kurs öfter besuchen zu können.
Ich kann nur Danke sagen!!!
I started in September 2019 and despite the short time, I already feel a coordination, attention & concentration improvement. Of course, the trainer plays a major role in this and, moreover, the flexibility he gives us to attend the course more often.
