Da ich mit meinem Segway Roller unterwegs war und es vor dem Geschäft keine Möglichkeit gab den Roller mit dem Schloss zu befestigen nahm ich ihn kurzerhand mit in den Laden. Ist ja schliesslich ein Radgeschäft mit jeder Menge Platz und nur einem weiteren Kunden zu dem Zeitpunkt. Vor einem Guten Morgen oder Hallo kam sofort die Anweisung den Roller aus dem Geschäft zu nehmen und vor der Türe abzustellen, es wäre kein Platz (in nem Radgeschäft wo 100 Räder stehen...). Auf meinen Einwand, das vor dem Geschäft keine Befestigungsmöglichkeit besteht wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Ich habe dann mit meinem Roller, der bereits so abgestellt war das er garantiert niemand behindert, das Geschäft verlassen und bin Richtung Bregenz wo ich an der Hauptstraße das Radgeschädt DRISSNER entdeckt habe. Dort wurde ich zuallererst mit einem freundlichen Guten Morgen, gefolgt mit einem freundlichen Hinweis wo ich am besten meinen Roller IM GESCHÄFT abstellen kann empfangen. Ich habe mit 11 tsd zwar nun etwa 3 tsd über meinem ursprünglichen Ziel ausgegeben aber wurde dort überaus freundlich empfangen und sehr kompetent beraten. Die Räder werden sogar heute noch fix fertig nachhause zugestellt. Ich denke die Radwelt Hard hätte die Coronazeit nutzen sollen um ihre Verkäufer etwas in Freundlichkeit zu schulen. Jedenfalls werde ich dort keinen Fuß mehr hineinsetzen. Falls ihr also einen freundlichen kompetenten Laden sucht - bei RADSPORT DRISSNER IN BREGENZ seid ihr da bestens aufgehoben. I wanted to buy 2 fully mountain e-bikes this morning at Radwelt Hard. Since I was traveling with my Segway scooter and there was no way to fasten the scooter with the lock in front of the shop, I quickly took it to the shop. After all, it's a bike shop with lots of space and only one other customer at the time. Before a good morning or hello came the instruction to take the scooter out of the shop and to park it in front of the door, there would be no place (in a bike shop with 100 bikes ...). My objection that there is no fastening option in front of the shop was not dealt with at all. I then left the shop with my scooter, which was already parked in such a way that no one was guaranteed to hinder it, and headed for Bregenz where I discovered DRISSNER, the bike shop, on the main street. There I was greeted first of all with a friendly good morning, followed by a friendly note where I can best park my scooter IN THE SHOP. With 11 thousand I have now spent about 3 thousand above my original destination, but was received very friendly there and given very competent advice. Even today, the bikes are delivered ready to go home. I think the Radwelt Hard should have used the corona time to train their sellers in friendliness. Anyway, I won't put a foot in there anymore. So if you are looking for a friendly, competent shop - at RADSPORT DRISSNER IN BREGENZ you are in good hands.
