Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich 10 Sterne geben. Das Geschäft kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. At Puchmayr you are in very good hands. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am already looking forward to the next visit. If it were possible I would give it 10 stars. I can recommend the business with a clear conscience.

Wir haben dann auch gleich das Rad gekauft und am nächsten Tag (nach Zubehör Montagen) mitnehmen können. Tolle Performance - meine Empfehlung. Had a great customer experience - despite sales stress, we received very serious and competent advice. We bought the bike straight away and were able to take it with us the next day (depending on the accessories). Great performance - my recommendation.

Super Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter! hab einmal den Fehler gemacht und wo anders eines gekauft, das habe ich aber sehr schnell bereut. bei Bike Puchmayr fühlt man sich einfach gut aufgehoben. eines muss ich noch loswerden, die Seniorchefin hat ein Gedächtnis das ist Wahnsinn, ich erschrecke jedes mal wenn sie zu mir sagte: ah Du hattest mal das oder jenes Bike, krass!. ich mag so Familienbetriebe einfach. bitte immer weiter so!!! I've already bought a few bikes there and have always been very satisfied! Great service and friendly staff! I made the mistake once and bought one somewhere else, but I regretted that very quickly. At Bike Puchmayr you simply feel that you are in good hands. I still have to get rid of one thing, the senior manager has a memory that is madness, I get frightened every time she said to me: ah, you once had this or that bike, amazing !. I just like family businesses. please keep it up !!!

R	Ro ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gibt es ausführliche und gute Beratung. Gleich beim Eintreten ins Geschäft nimmt jemand Bezug und verweist - falls nötig - auf den nächsten freien Mitarbeiter. Da fühlt man sich wirklich gut aufgehoben. Mit meinem neuen Haibike bin ich nach Probefahrten und Grössentests (zwischen M und L) wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ich freue mich schon auf den ersten Service-Besuch...... There is extensive and good advice here. As soon as you enter the shop, someone refers and - if necessary - refers you to the next freelance employee. You feel really in good hands there. After test rides and size tests (between M and L), I am really very satisfied with my new Haibike. I'm looking forward to the first service visit ......
