K	Kassian Heide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Woche war ich mit dem Rad vom Oberland Richtung Bregenz unterwegs. Beim Alten Rhein merke ich beim Hinterrad, dass ich immer weniger Luft im Reifen hatte. Mit Glück kam ich noch bis zum 2 Rad Holly, der mir kurz vor Zwölf den Schlauch wechselte und dies obwohl er sehr viel Arbeit und Kunschaft hatte. Zufrieden über die geleistete Arbeit könnte ich die Tour weiterführen. This week I was cycling from the Oberland towards Bregenz. On the Old Rhine, I notice on the rear wheel that I had less and less air in the tire. With luck I got as far as the 2 wheel Holly, who changed my tube shortly before noon and this although he had a lot of work and knowledge. Satisfied with the work I have done, I could continue the tour.
M	Martina Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während alle anderen Radhändler rufen sie nehmen keine "Fremd-Räder" an weil sie keine Kapazitäten für einen Service haben, wurde "mein Fremd-Rad" bei 2-Rad Holly direkt angenommen und in 2 Tagen perfekt wieder instand gesetzt. Hätte es beim Abholen fast nicht erkannt weil es blitzblank geputzt und wie Neu aussah. Und das Beste: so fährt es sich nun auch wieder! Kann das Geschäft wirklich nur jedem empfehlen - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut unschlagbar. DANKE an das tolle Team! :) While all the other bike dealers call them do not accept "third-party bicycles" because they have no capacity for a service, "my third-party bicycle" was accepted directly by 2-Rad Holly and perfectly repaired in 2 days. Almost didn't recognize it when I picked it up because it was spick and span and looked like new. And the best: that's how it drives again! I can only recommend the shop to everyone - the price-performance ratio is absolutely unbeatable. THANKS to the great team! :)

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Bike und vor allem mit dem Service. Marc advised me very well and sold me not the most expensive but the right bike for me. Hat ohne ein Wort zu sagen bei meinem Fahrrad, welches ich nicht bei ihm gekauft habe, einen Nabendynamo montiert und die Info das ich die Lichter dann selber montieren wollte hat ihn auch nicht gestört. Er hat es sogar begrüsst und mir noch Tipps gegeben wie ich mir leichter tue. Great bike dealer ? Without saying a word, he mounted a hub dynamo on my bike, which I didn't buy from him, and the information that I wanted to mount the lights myself didn't bother him. He even welcomed it and gave me tips on how to make it easier for myself.
M	Maria Lampert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letzte Woche hatte ich innerhalb von 4 Tagen zwei Mal einen Platten beim Hinterreifen. Beim ersten Mal wurde der Schlauch rasch gewechselt und ich verlässlich für die Abholung angerufen. Beim zweiten Mal wurde mein Rad sofort aufgenommen und innerhalb einer Stunde GRATIS repariert (der Schlauch wurde erneut ausgetauscht), obwohl der Grund für den erneuten Platten nicht ersichtlich war. Zudem wurde die Halterung des Schutzblechs repariert, welche durch das Umkippen des Rades aufgrund des Plattens gebrochen war. Zwei Mal einen Platten zu haben ist echt ärgerlich, aber nach diesem freundlichen Service... noch dazu als "Geschenk"... war der Ärger wirklich nur noch halb so groß :-) Danke! Last week I had two flat rear tires in 4 days. The first time the hose was changed quickly and I reliably called to pick it up. The second time, my bike was picked up immediately and repaired for FREE within an hour (the tube was replaced again), although the reason for the renewed puncture was not apparent. In addition, the bracket for the mudguard was repaired, which was broken when the bike tipped over due to the flat tire. Having a record twice is really annoying, but after this friendly service ... even as a "gift" ... the anger was really only half as big :-) Thanks!

Als ich bezahlen wollte, meinte er - das passt schon. Das nenne ich ein TOLLER KUNDENSERVICE - Danke!!!! Mark checked my self-installed bicycle light - which didn't work for us - and repaired it without any ifs or buts. When I wanted to pay, he said - that's okay. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Thank you !!!!

Ich habe mein Fahrrad nicht dort gekauft und trotzdem kann ich es jederzeit abgeben, wenn eine kleine Reparatur (kaputte Kette, gebrochener fahrradständer) ansteht. Viele andere Händler nehmen "fremde Fahrräder" erst gar nicht an und/oder man bekommt einen doofen Kommentar zu hören. Bei Marc ist das nicht so und man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben! I am very satisfied and would recommend 2-Rad Holly to everyone! I didn't buy my bike there, but I can still hand it in at any time if a small repair (broken chain, broken bike stand) is due. Many other dealers do not even accept "foreign bicycles" and / or you get to hear a stupid comment. This is not the case with Marc and you just feel that you are in good hands!
