F	Fabian Koba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade... Hatten zwei eMTB mit Kinderanhänger für eine Woche gemietet. Bikes sind gut, der Anhänger eine Frechheit: Plane zerrissen, stank nach Urin, sehr stark abgenutzt, keine Federung. Das habe ich sowohl vor Ort als auch per Mail mitgeteilt - keinerlei Reaktion außer heute bei der Abgabe: "der Chef hat ihn geputzt". Damit war die Sache für das Team erledigt. Mein Hinweis, dass die Schaltung beider Bikes eingestellt werden müssen, wurde mit dem Hinweis "Das kann nicht sein" kommentiert. Das passt ins Gesamtbild, wie hier Service verstanden wird: keine Einweisung bei Übergabe, Schloss für Anhänger wurde trotz Buchung nur widerwillig herausgegeben, Ladekabel wurden erst auf Nachfrage herausgegeben und ein Rad, um den Anhänger auch ohne Bike bewegen zu können, gab es erst gar nicht dazu. Man sicherte zwar zu, dass man danach suchen würde und mir auf jeden Fall Bescheid geben würde - darauf warte ich noch heute. Gesamteindruck ist ziemlich enttäuschend, die Bikes jedoch grundsätzlich ok, wenn auch nicht gut eingestellt. A shame ... Had rented two eMTBs with child trailers for a week. Bikes are good, the trailer is a cheek: tarpaulin torn, smelled of urine, very badly worn, no suspension. I communicated this both on site and by email - no reaction except today when I handed it in: "The boss cleaned it". That was the end of the matter for the team. My advice that the gears of both bikes have to be adjusted was commented on with the comment "That can't be". That fits into the overall picture, as service is understood here: no briefing at handover, lock for trailer was only released reluctantly despite booking, charging cables were only released on request and a bike was even available to move the trailer without a bike not to. They assured that they would look for it and would definitely let me know - I'm still waiting for that today. Overall impression is quite disappointing, but the bikes are basically ok, if not well adjusted.

Reist man mit dem Auto an, sind Parkplätze gut zu finden und ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben 2 City/Trekkingfahrräder ausgeliehen. Wir wurden nett und gut beraten! Die Fahrräder wurden auf unsere Größen eingestellt und nochmal vor Ort vom Anbieter getestet, ob das Rad auch zu 100 % in Ordnung ist. Das hatte uns beeindruckt und hat bei uns für ein gutes Gefühl gesorgt. Es vielen uns keine Mängel oder ähnliches beim doch sehr anspruchsvollen Tagesprogramm auf. Den kleinen Fahrradladen kann ich 100%ig weiterempfehlen. The bike rental is conveniently located directly at the port of Bregenz. If you travel by car, parking spaces are easy to find and sufficient. We borrowed 2 city / trekking bikes. We received nice and good advice! The bikes were adjusted to our sizes and tested again on site by the provider to see whether the bike was 100% OK. That impressed us and made us feel good. There were no shortcomings or the like in the very demanding daily program. I can recommend the small bike shop 100%.
