The battery replacement for a Rado watch was free of charge (watch was sent to the appropriate watchmaker). When picking up there was a free transport box. Very friendly seller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War im Mai wegen eines neuen Modells von Rado im Store. Anfangs wurde ich etwas reserviert behandelt aber als der Verkäufer erkannte dass ich bereits eine Radouhr besitze und ein potentieller Kunde sein könnte, war das Eis gebrochen und der Herr war wirklich sehr nett.
Was in May because of a new model from Rado in the store. At first I was treated a little reserved but when the seller realized that I already had a bike and could be a potential customer, the ice was broken and the gentleman was really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store on a Monday afternoon at 4 p.m. during the Christmas shopping season and they were closed. The big black door was bolted shut, and there was no sign or marker indicating hours of business. Every other business in the neighborhood was open and lighted up. Is this store still in business? Do they receive customers? I don't know the answer. I wanted to get a replacement band for my Rado watch, but I guess I'll have to get it by mail order when I'm back in the USA. What a disappointment.
