Next day I wanted to exchange it to a bigger model, however got refused because of that bracelet shortening. I had all removed parts and those could be added easily however the shop assistant didn’t want to bother. Needless to say that shop assistant did NOT warn me that the moment they shorten the bracelet, they will not accept return or exchanges. This is not ok, this has to be said in advance, however all they think about is their commissions. Very unhappy about the service. Better go to original Cartier shop, there a return would not be a problem

I went in to ask for the availability of a Rolex, the saleswoman seemed very annoyed just to let me try it and when I asked to buy it she replied no, initially without explanation, then in front of my request for explanations she told me that she would not even put me on the list and the only possibility is to put yourself on the list in your country of residence, which is a good lie because you can put yourself on the list anywhere. An experience not to be repeated, I will definitely write to Rolex and I wonder what can lead a saleswoman to such an irreverent attitude

We would highly recommend asking for her if you require some more expert advice. We will definitely come to this Wagner shop in particular next time we want to buy something and ask for Ms. Ivanova again!
