â â â â â Sehr positiv beeindruckt, hell und freundlich, schönes Ambiente mit herrlichen GrĂŒnpflanzen ich hatte 4 Untersuchungen die nicht Mal 1 Stunde dauerten ohne sich dabei wie am FlieĂband zu fĂŒhlen weil das Personal sehr freundlich ist ja und Wartezeit gab es eigentlich kaum hatte um 9 Uhr meinen Termin und ging um 10 Uhr aus dem GebĂ€ude
 Very positively impressed, bright and friendly, nice ambience with wonderful green plants I had 4 examinations that didn't even take 1 hour without feeling like on the assembly line because the staff was very friendly and there was hardly any waiting time at 9 o'clock and left the building at 10 a.m.

â â â â â Sehr unfreundliche, grauhaarige Person am Empfang! Wenn man mit Kunden zu tun hat, sollte ein MindestmaĂ an nettem Umgangston Voraussetzungen sein! Die Kunden sind keine Bittsteller und sollten auch nicht so behandelt werden!
Very unfriendly, gray-haired person at the reception! When dealing with customers, a minimum of a friendly tone should be a prerequisite! The customers are not supplicants and should not be treated like that!

â â â â â Beim Empfang sehr nett, doch eine technische Assistentin war sehr unhöflich und verstĂ€ndnislos, als ich sagte mir sei es unangenehm mich obenrum frei zu machen. Es war mir sichtlich unangenehm (ich bin noch sehr jung) und anstatt nett mit mir zu reden, machte sie es noch unangenehmer und sagte Sachen wie "Was ist jetzt Genau das Problem?" Leider kein lieber Umgang mit Patienten, davor war ich gerne dort. Ab jetzt werde ich woanders hingehen.
Very nice at the reception, but a technical assistant was very rude and incomprehensible when I said it was uncomfortable to break free on top. I was visibly uncomfortable (I'm still very young) and instead of talking nicely to me, she made it even more uncomfortable and said things like "What exactly is the problem now?" Unfortunately, I don't like dealing with patients, before that I enjoyed being there. From now on I will go somewhere else.

Es waren alle sehr höflich obwohl es sicher anstrengend ist ganzen Tag mit Maske zu arbeiten.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werde die Ordination sicher weiter empfehlen, Danke fĂŒr die gute Betreuung
Prompt appointments, very friendly reception.
Everyone was very polite, although it is certainly exhausting to work with a mask all day.
I felt very comfortable and will definitely recommend the ordination to others, thanks for the good care

Auch der Befund war in Minuten fertig und wurde mir gleich mitgegeben. Von mir aus ein groĂes Lob an Dr. Schamp Hertling und seinem gesamten Team. Sehr zu empfehlen macht weiter so..... vielen lieben Dank von einer zufriedenen Patientin
I've been here several times now and can only say positive things... The staff was very friendly and the waiting time wasn't even worth mentioning. The report was also ready in minutes and was given to me right away. Big compliments from me to Dr. Schamp Hertling and his entire team. Highly recommended, keep it up..... many thanks from a satisfied patient
