Wird auch alles super erklärt, habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Bekam auch in Vergleich zu anderen Instituten relativ schnell einen Termin. All really nice, from appointment to registration to the investigation. Everything is explained super well, I felt very well cared for. Got an appointment relatively quickly compared to other institutes.

Ich werde dieses Institut nicht mehr betreten. Treated rude for the third time. The telephone exchange in particular needs training on the topic: How do you treat other people! Habe angerufen, da ich aufgrund von akuten Schmerzen für meinen Arzt dringend ein mit brauche, da es darum geht, ob ich in Kürze operiert werden soll oder nicht. Mir wurde am Telefon gesagt, dass ich in 2 Monaten einen Termin kriegen kann!!! Nachdem ich meinte, dass ich JETZT akute Schmerzen habe und so schnell wie möglich Unterstützung brauche, würde ich auch noch angeschnauzt, dass das eben so ist bei Kassenärzten. Jetzt bin ich bei einem Privaten!! Traurig, dass wir tatsächlich eine 2 Klassen Gesellschaft sind !! Very bad experience. Called because I urgently need one for my doctor because of acute pain, because it is about whether I should be operated on shortly or not. I was told on the phone that I could get an appointment in 2 months !!! After I said that I have acute pain NOW and need support as soon as possible, I would also be snapped that this is just the case with health insurers. Now I'm in a private home !! Sorry that we are actually a 2 class society !!

Röntgen und MRT innerhalb von knapp 2 Wochen (Röntgen war mir nicht früher möglich) Anmeldung vor Ort: Sehr freundlich und schnell Wartezeit vor Ort: Die wenigen Minuten verdienen eigentlich keine Erwähnung. Untersuchung: Freundlich, professionell, kompetent. Organisation rund um Corona (Desinfektionsmittel, Abstände, Tragen von MNS, Achten auf Einhaltung der Maßnahmen): Top Kurz zusammengefasst: Sehr empfehlenswert! Online appointment allocation: Very quick and accommodating. Waiting time for appointment: very good! X-ray and MRI within almost 2 weeks (I was not able to take an X-ray earlier) Registration on site: Very friendly and quick Waiting time on site: The few minutes actually deserve no mention. Examination: friendly, professional, competent. Organization around Corona (disinfectants, distances, wearing MNS, ensuring compliance with the measures): Great In a nutshell: highly recommended!

C	Chiara Fraccalanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach TOP!!! Von der telefonischen Anmeldung, Terminvereinbarung und sachlichen Information bis zur praktischen Durchführung hat alles bestens funktioniert. Keine unnötigen Wartezeiten sowie vor allem auch die laufende und strikte Einforderung der Einhaltung der COVID-19 Maßnahmen durch das Personal bei den uneinsichtigen Patienten haben mich sehr beeindruckt. Ich hatte sowohl MRT als auch Röntgen-Untersuchungen, bei beiden Stationen sowie bei der Anmeldung war das Personal überaus freundlich und kompetent. Beeindruckt hat mich auch der Aushang, welcher Arzt am Behandlungstag wofür zuständig und im Dienst ist sowie die zu entnehmenden Broschüren, welche Untersuchungen angeboten werden und wofür diese dienen. Ich werde daher diese Gruppenpraxis auch für andere Untersuchungen wieder aufsuchen. Einziges kleines Manko: Im Wartebereich der Röntgenabteilung gab es keinen Desinfektionsspender. Simply TOP !!! I was very impressed by the fact that there were no unnecessary waiting times and, above all, that the staff was constantly and strictly required to comply with the COVID-19 measures. I had both MRI and X-ray examinations, and the staff at both stations and at registration were extremely friendly and competent. I was also impressed by the notice which doctor is responsible for what and on duty on the day of treatment, as well as the brochures that can be found, which examinations are offered and what they are used for. I will therefore visit this group practice again for other examinations. The only small drawback: there was no disinfectant dispenser in the waiting area of the X-ray department.
K	Knightlore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste schon mehrmals zum Röntgen und zur MR in diese Praxis und fand dass die Damen, sowohl in der Anmeldung als auch beim Röntgen selbst, sehr freundlich waren. Es gab kaum Wartezeiten und die Auswertungen der Untersuchungen waren ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung. Werde auch weiterhin bei Notwendigkeit die Dienste der Praxis in Anspruch nehmen. I have had to go to this practice several times for X-rays and MR and found that the ladies were very friendly, both in the registration and in the X-ray itself. There were hardly any waiting times and the evaluations of the examinations were also completely in order. I will continue to use the practice's services if necessary.
