J	Johann Stix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der MR-Befund wurde prompt erstellt. Es hat genau 30 Stunden gedauert bis ich diesen von der Homepage herunterladen konnte. Die Assistentin beim MR hatte wohl einen sehr schlechten Tag oder ist mit beiden Beinen links aufgestanden. Ich lag derart schlecht auf diesem Schlitten, dass ich höllische Rückenschmerzen an der Grenze des Ertragbaren hatte. Interessiert hat dies die Operatorin überhaupt nicht. Positioniert wurde ich wie Stückgut ohne auch nur einmal zu fragen ob man in dieser Position für die Dauer der Untersuchung verweilen kann. Wenn noch einmal solch eine Situation auftritt breche ich die Untersuchung wegen mangelhafter Vorbereitung ab. Angesichts dieser Tatsache finde ich es absolut unpassend in einem Befund dann pauschale Schuldzuweisungen auszusprechen. The MR findings were made promptly. It took exactly 30 hours to download it from the homepage. The assistant at the MR probably had a very bad day or got up with both legs on the left. I was lying so badly on this sled that I had a hell of a backache at the limit of what was bearable. The operator was not at all interested in this. I was positioned like general cargo without even asking once whether you could stay in this position for the duration of the examination. If such a situation occurs again, I will stop the investigation due to insufficient preparation. In view of this fact, I find it absolutely inappropriate to then express general blame in a finding.

Mein schwer kranker Vater, der nach mehreren Tumor-Operationen und einer strahlen Therapie heute zum MRT musste, musste wirklich sehr lange in der Röhre bleiben und wurde dann nicht nur angeschnautzt weil er gezittert hat, sondern auch noch so grob behandelt, dass er beim nachhause fahren geweint hat. Wir mussten bisher leider oft dort hin und hatten noch nie eine positive Erfahrung gemacht aber heute hat nochmal alles übertroffen. Wenn man einen Menschen so abwertend behandelt dass er mit über 60 Jahren weint wenn er vom Arzt heim fährt, kommt doch die Frage auf ob das Personal vielleicht vergisst dass jeder der dort hin kommt ein Mensch ist. Kann daher die Praxis nur weiter empfehlen. I am grateful for the patience of the nurses at MR. Due to pain when lying down, the MR had to be performed twice. I can therefore only recommend the practice to others.

Warum lässt man Leute an der Rezeption arbeiten, die nicht lächeln und höflich sein können, eingebildet sind und einfach nur "Zwiderwurzn" sind? Sie kassieren die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen, obwohl Sie hervorragende Arbeit leisten, nur weil die griesgrämigen Damen ihre Arbeit ansatzweise nicht richtig machen können! Ich möchte keinem erwachsenen Menschen seine Arbeit erklären. Und Ihnen am wenigsten Professor... bitte verstehen Sie mich nicht falsch!!! Ich respektiere Sie dafür zu sehr. Aber bitte tun Sie doch 'was!!! Kann ja nicht sein, dass man als Mensch so schnippisch behandelt wird. Das spricht sich ja herum... jeder hat mittlerweile ein Smartphone und kann im Internet lesen, dass Prof. Stiglbauer unfreundliche Rezeptionisten hat. Das ist geschäftsschädigend!!! Dear professor! Can you just answer one question for me? Why do you let people work at the reception who can't smile and be polite, are conceited and are just "Zwiderwurzn"? You get all the bad reviews even though you are doing an excellent job just because the grouchy ladies can't begin to do their job right! I don't want to explain his work to an adult. And you least of all professor ... please don't get me wrong !!! I respect you too much for that. But please do something! Can't be that as a person you are treated so snippily. The word gets around ... everyone now has a smartphone and can read on the Internet that Prof. Stiglbauer has unfriendly receptionists. That is bad for business !!!

Mein spezieller Dank geht an Dr. Magometschnigg, nimmt sich Zeit für jeden Patienten und ging auch auf Bedenken und Fragen meinerseits sehr zuvorkommend ein, man merkt dass ihm das Wohl des Patienten wichtig ist. Bei ihm ist man in guten Händen. I can only recommend the ordination, very friendly staff and a very competent team. My special thanks go to Dr. Magometschnigg, takes time for each patient and also responded very courteously to my concerns and questions, you can tell that the patient's well-being is important to him. You're in good hands with him.

Aber die nette Dame ist während des MRT bei mir geblieben und hat mit mir gesprochen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Very friendly staff. Since I'm scared of space, it wasn't easy for me. But the nice lady stayed with me during the MRI and talked to me. I can only recommend.
C	Christina Kulterer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin Schmerzpatientin mit schwierigen Venen (Thema Zugang für Kontrastmittel bei MRT). Die Assistentin hat mir gut zugehört und auch direkt getroffen. Zugang hat dann noch ein wenig Schwierigkeiten gemacht und ein Doc kam zum kontrollieren. Hat jedoch geklappt und ich war völlig umsonst nervös. Brauche etwas länger um mich zu positionieren, wurde mit Geduld und Freundlichkeit behandelt. Hab mich sehr geborgen gefühlt. Tan für Befund kam am nächsten Tag. Hier bleibt mir nur mehr ein Danke auszusprechen!
