★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich ohne Ende, null Kundenservice für ältere Menschen. Mein Vater, der sehr schlecht hört und sieht wurde angeschnauzt weil es Verständigungsprobleme gab- schade, dass man auf diese Dienste angewiesen ist- falls wir jemals wieder ein MRT brauchen sicher nurnach Bregenz!
Unfriendly without end, zero customer service for the elderly. My father, who hears and sees very poorly, was snapped at because there were communication problems - a shame that you have to rely on these services - if we ever need an MRI again, only to Bregenz!

Ich bin mit einer Überweisung hin und da es sich um eine dringende Untersuchung handelte habe ich nach 3 Tagen einen Termin bekommen. Den Befund konnte ich am nächsten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens bereits abholen. Kompliment an das gesamte Team.
Great service, the staff is very friendly and also very helpful. I went with a referral and since it was an urgent investigation I got an appointment after 3 days. I was able to pick up the results the next day at 8 a.m. Compliments to the whole team.
