d	dany tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als meine Mutter bei ihrem CT-Termin merkte, dass sie ihre Blutbefunde zu Hause vergessen hatte und man ihr sehr bestimmt klarmachte, dass diese unerlässlich seien und man sie ohne diese nicht drannehmen könne, baten wir resigniert um einen neuen Termin. Eine ältere Frau in weißem Kittel, (wir vermuten Dr. Wagner)kam just in dem Moment hinzu, hörte dies und motzte uns an, ob wir nicht wüssten, dass das eine 300.000 € Maschine sei, da mache man nicht einfach einen neuen Termin. Es war ein ungewolltes Versäumnis unsererseits, etwas das jedem passieren kann. So schroff deswegn angeschnauzt zu werden ist jenseits meines Verständnisses und vollkommen unprofessionell. Diese Dame sieht uns nicht wieder. Positiv erwähnenswert ist die große Sitzbankanzahl (keiner muss stehn) und die relativ kurze Wartezeit When my mother noticed at her CT appointment that she had forgotten her blood results at home and that it was very clear to her that it was essential and that you could not take it without it, we resignedly asked for a new appointment. An older woman in a white coat (we suspect Dr. Wagner) came in at that moment, heard this and pestered us if we didn't know that it was a € 300,000 machine, so you couldn't just make a new appointment. It was an unwanted failure on our part, something that can happen to anyone. To be snapped at so abruptly is beyond my understanding and completely unprofessional. This lady doesn't see us again. The large number of seats (no one has to stand) and the relatively short waiting time are positively worth mentioning

Beim ersten Mal dachte ich, die gute Dame hatte nur einen schlechten Tag, allerdings war sie bei den besagten Untersuchungen genauso unfreundlich. Des Weiteren dauern die Befunde sehr lange... Man kommt zwar promt dran, aber wartet dafür 45-60 Minuten auf den Befund,und Patienten, die nach einem dran waren, bekommen die Befunde oft vorher. Some radiology assistants are very rude and harsh with patients. The first time I thought the good lady was just having a bad day, but she was just as rude during the said exams. Furthermore, the results take a long time ... You can get it quickly, but wait 45-60 minutes for the results, and patients who were after you often get the results beforehand.
