M	M Hard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gestern mit telefoniert,hat eine nette Frau geantwortet. Sie sagte, haben wir erst einen Termin am nächste Woche. Ich habe gesagt, dass ich Schmerz habe, und sie hat gesagt, kann ich heute Morgen mit frau Dr. sprechen. Heute war ich dort und wollte mit der Frau Dr sprechen. Eine gefühllose Sekretärin hat gesagt: erst heir ist nicht bei Kasse! Und zweitens erst freier Termin ist am anfang Oktober!!! So geht man mit den voll stressigen Situationen und leute nicht!!!! Ein bisschen freundlich bitte. I telephoned yesterday, a nice woman answered. She said we have an appointment next week. I said that I have pain, and she said I can talk to Ms Dr. speak. Today I was there and wanted to talk to the woman Dr. An unfeeling secretary said: first heir is not at checkout! And second, first free date is at the beginning of October !!! Wartezeit auf Termin und Wartezeit im Ambulatorium okay. Einziger Nachteil: Befunde werden nicht per Mail zugeschickt All staff as well as Dr. Flores were extremely friendly. Schriftlichen Befund habe ich nach einer Woche noch immer nicht gehabt und auf mein Ersuchen (nach einer Woche) diesen per Mail zu senden habe ich diesen auch nicht bekommen, obwohl ich mit vier verschiedenen Damen telefoniert hatte und mir jede jedes mal versicherte, dass der Befund sofort an meine Mailadresse geliefert wird. Das letzte Telefonat ist bereits wieder mehr als eine halbe Stunde her..... und der Befund ist noch immer nicht da. Appointments great, examination also very good.
