Hatte einmal mein Stadtrad und einmal mein MTB zur Reparatur gegeben und jedes Mal war das Ergebnis einwandfrei und preislich absolut angemessen. Noch dazu geht es immer schnell. Es werden keine überflüssigen Arbeiten gemacht oder sinnlos Teile ausgetauscht wie es soviele andere Fahrradhändler und -werkstätten machen. Die Beiden sind wirklich herzlich und ehrlich und helfen wo es geht. Ich gehe mittlerweile nur noch hierher um Ersatzteile zu holen (Schlauch etc.) und meine Räder reparieren zu lassen. Weiter so (y) Always competent and reliable! Once I gave my city bike and my MTB for repair and each time the result was flawless and reasonably priced. In addition, it is always quick. No unnecessary work is done or parts are uselessly replaced like so many other bicycle dealers and workshops. The two are really warm and honest and help wherever possible. Now I only go here to get spare parts (hose, etc.) and have my bikes repaired. Keep it up (y)

Habe es dann zu einer anderen Werkstatt gebracht, bei der die Reparatur nur ein Bruchteil gekostet hat They wanted to charge me a high price for the repair in advance without really looking at the problem on my bike. Obwohl ich erst Abends angerufen habe und mein Fahrrad vorbeibrachte, war alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit erledigt. Bin sehr zufrieden und komm gerne wieder. Friendly advice, quick repairs and also very inexpensive. Although I only called in the evening and brought my bike past, everything was done within a short time. Im Endeffekt wurde es eine größere Reparatur inkl. Service zu einem unschlagbaren Preis (der vorher ausgemacht und trotz deutlich größerer Arbeitslast nicht überschritten wurde) und das innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Ich würde empfehlen im Vorhinein einen Termin für die Reparatur auszumachen, weil sich die Anfragen in der Coronazeit häufen und stapeln. So eine fachmännische und professionelle Reparatur habe ich noch nie erlebt. Danke dafür! I had a racing bike from the early 80s repaired. Was probably a craft bike with the previous owner, where some things went wrong. In the end, it became a major repair including service at an unbeatable price (which was previously agreed and was not exceeded despite a significantly greater workload) and within two days. I would recommend making an appointment for the repair in advance, because the requests accumulate and pile up in the corona period. I have never experienced such a professional and professional repair. Thanks for that!

Einige haben mein geliebtes Fahrrad schon abgeschrieben, nicht er - bis spät in die Nacht gibt er alles, um seinem Namen treu zu bleiben und seine Rettungsaktion abzuschließen. Innerhalb weniger Tage hatte ich mein Rad wieder. Gerhard ist ein Fachmann und löst Probleme am Fahrrad, an die sich andere nicht herantrauen. Gerhard does not give up! Some of them have already written off my beloved bike, but not him - he gives everything until late at night to stay true to his name and complete his rescue operation. I had my bike back within a few days. Gerhard is a specialist and solves problems on bicycles that others do not dare to approach.

Wir haben einen Preis vereinbart und obwohl zusätzlich unvorhergesehene Reparaturen anfielen, blieb der Preis derselbe. 5 Sterne, ganz klar! Super dedicated service !! My bike had some construction sites and it was repaired here with great attention to detail. We agreed a price and although there were additional unforeseen repairs, the price stayed the same. 5 stars, of course!

Unlike the bigger shops in the area that I had tried, they had a suitable replacement in stock, and fitted it for me within an hour. A reasonable price and friendly helpful people too!
