★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me most likely a 2nd-hand skis (or damaged otherwise) as a brand new. Didn't reimburse 100% of amount when we returned it next day, whilst made a number of offensive comments. All in all, it's a small privately owned company with a poorly managed consumer experience. Be carefull when buying a new product here, and ready to hear "it's your problem" once you need an after sales support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. Great range of technical clothing and Fischer skis, with several levels of Fischer and Salomon boots. Very good rental ski quality and spent a lot of time with me advising when I then purchased skis. Staff also speak very good English. Also very high quality repair and waxing of skis. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would avoid taking cross country skiing lessons there. Some instructors spend much of the time giving stretching exercises. This is nice if you are training for the Olympics but doesn't give you your money's worth if you are looking to learn the basics and have a good time. Watch out for a chap named Martin who tries to steer these type of instructors to the unsuspecting. If you want more of a no-nonsense approach the ski school near the skating rink maybe an alternative.
